For a 5 star hotel, it has nothing to be desired aside from the location. The hotel is old and poorly maintained. Aircon isn't cooling (even at 18°C). Cracks on wall. Lights, lamps and sockets not functioning. Horribly flat pillows. Hotel staff is professional and friendly but I just wish they are more flexible and customer oriented. First time I couldn't check in just because my first name isn't in my passport. They could have match with my lasy name, credit card, booking id, etc...

Been staying at Pullman Hotel G for many years, every time I stayed, it was a pleasant experience, staff were friendly, location is good. Walking distance to Silom area.
However, the rooms are showing its age, rooms are dated and probably in need of a bit of update.
Overall will definitely stay again due to location being perfect for me.

Because of earthquake, there is a long crack on the wall. For security purpose, I asked for a room change. And, yes, i moved to another room. OMG, that one was even worse ~~ besides a longer crack on the wall, there are also some in the bath room.

Great location, excellent city view and very helpful and friendly staff, however the room looked a little old and pillows were too soft. The light in the toilet was flickering at times and although the selection for breakfast was plentiful most of the items tasted pretty blend. Despite all that we had a comfortable stay.
