A great five star hotel in looks and quality of room. but at a 3 star price. If you don't mind a ten mnute walk from the main road and shopping area then its perfect.

I stayed here many times but this time I feel unsatisfied with your service. First I came to check in with Reception she didn't tell me about the room, I booked the room with king size bed and she gave me the room with a twin bed and then I went to reception again and told her that I needed the room with king bed do you have another room and she said NO with rude attitude no smile no say sorry for any inconvenience to me this is very bad. And second, your bedsheet have a torn and I found a big hole in the sheet. Why are you using broken sheets for guests to use? You have to improve your service and teach your staff to be gentle greetings.

Very far from bts or bus station. Reception is very a bad tempered,unkind person. Hotel nearby don't have a restaurant and convenient store.

I had a pleasant stay at Chateau de Sukhumvit hotel. The hotel is located in a convenient area, close to On Nut BTS station and a supermarket. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a balcony and a city view. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was fast and efficient. The hotel also has a garden, a snack bar, and a business center. The WiFi was free and reliable. I would definitely recommend Chateau de Sukhumvit hotel to anyone who is looking for a 3-star hotel with a good value for money.

The location was convenient for where i needed to go. 10 minutes away from BKK PORT in KhlongToei. The staff is friendly and available 24/7. Rooms are spacious with basic toiletries provided.
We did not order breakfast.
Unfortunately its not really close to any café or restaurants open late after 22h00.
7 eleven available close by (5 minutes walk)

This hotel is located quite far from the main road, they recommended several places for shopping store (7eleven) or restaurant for meals that were closed and located also far from this hotel / residence.
Be prepared that you will be asked for a deposit of 1000thb and they will look for where there was a mistake during your stay, my deposit was not returned because they found several stains on the bed cover and it was just traces of makeup on it, it doesn't make sense if 1000thb is for laundry fees, even I negotiated with them don't pay attention.
Not recommended to stay here.
Please improve the quality of human resources and workers at this hotel/residence. 🙏

never assist of anything you need!i need to go down to get what i need.they dont give service . even your sick you need to go down to get some spoon because they never deliver it to your room. so far this hotel make me feel bad. im almost 7times in bangkok and i been in diffewnt hotel. but they assist everything you need. people in this hotel is Lazy!

The place is nice but the service and the receptionist is so rude. She even throw us the money we give her for deposit . She don’t fit to be a receptionist.👎👎👎👎
