Extremely satisfied! The location is super convenient, right in the Siam district, so everything is within walking distance. The hotel has a simple yet elegant design and is fully equipped with everything you need. It also feels very safe.

Highly recommend! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Bangkok. The environment is beautiful, and it's located right by the Siam Center shopping district. The hotel is tucked away in an alley, so it's very quiet and not noisy at all. There's a 7-Eleven at the alley entrance, and the rooms come with a microwave and a bathtub. Everything was great, and my mom was very satisfied too.

Its location is in walking distance from Bangkok's shopping district, metro rail station, and the Lit residence is great for a small family. Staff are amazing, and that's comparing them to other places in Thailand .. We enjoyed it so much, on our return leg when we are back in Bangkok we are staying there again. Meals are amazing, prices are reasonable for hotel pricing.. Slightly higher obviously but not western prices.. The breakfast... (ONE OF THE BEST WE HAVE HAD IN OUR ENTIRE 4 WEEK MANY LOCATION THAILAND STOPS).. staff go above and beyond.. For other westerners on holiday in Thailand, It goes a long way to when you experience great service to give some small sign of gratitude.. 20THB remember the housekeeper, breakfast staff , bellboy... $1 /20B (a cup of coffee total but this shows them the gratitude & appreciation.. Its there job, google the minimum wage for roles last search it was 384B per day minimum wage for wait staff.. (8 x hr job). Yes things are cheap... but try yourself living on that .. Your not worldvison but tip those who go above and make your experience memorable.

The room is very spacious, offering great value for money, especially for the Siam area! It comes with a fridge, washing machine, microwave, and kitchen utensils, making it perfect for families. It's very convenient, though the air conditioning was a bit noisy and the soundproofing wasn't great.

Overall, it was pretty good. The front desk lady was super helpful; she noticed my English wasn't great and proactively used a translation app to communicate with me. All the other staff members were really enthusiastic too. The room was bright and airy, with a fridge, microwave, and a small kitchenette complete with plates. The hotel is very close to the 'influencer bridge,' and there's a Japanese/Korean supermarket in the mall next to it. After 10 PM, their sushi and bento boxes are 50% off! It was super convenient to buy some and heat them up in the hotel's microwave. Plus, it's walking distance to many shopping malls, which is perfect for anyone looking to shop!

Superior 1 bedroom suite: Rooms were so narrow, it was suffocating. Even with 2 A/C units, with temp set at 19, the actual never went below 25. Cause: uninsulated walls on one side of the room got so hot from sun. Only thing good is the location.
