The hotel is conveniently located near Asiatique, just a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to take a boat to ICONSIAM. Overall, the hotel is great, and the proprietress is very friendly and can communicate in Chinese, which is a big plus. The only minor drawback is that the room has too many ceramic tables and chairs, taking up a lot of space. Otherwise, everything else was perfect.

Good place and location just besides Asiatique. Pls don’t expect amenities such as free breakfast or nice lobby. This is more of a motel where you just sleep and leave your things if you want to explore Asiatique or nearby place over night.

It's clean and there are cute cats to play with. It's literally just a couple of minutes walk to Asiatique (on the same side of the road too). When it came time to check out at 12, there was nobody around to give me my deposit back. Luckily I had lots of time, but if I was rushing to the airport, I could've lost my 500bt. There was building work going on inside the hotel in December 2025 - they started work at 8am. The banging woke me up.

Overall, it was good. The room was small and compact, with no closet. The air conditioner was a bit old but still cooled well. There was no microwave to heat food.

No parking available. It's a commercial building right on the main road. The sink is outside the bathroom. At night, the tuk-tuk noise is incredibly loud. The room isn't soundproof; you can hear conversations easily.

The rooms are clean, and there's a good variety of food available. It's also conveniently located. The staff provided excellent service.

Good location because it is walking distance to asiatique but you have to take a taxi to get to the nearest bts. The amenities only have shampoo and body soap. Very clean, kind staff and cute cat. His name is Tikwa.

The place us a 5 minute walk to the Asiatique Riverpoint where all river cruise starts, very convenient to go to places as it is also near to boat ride to Iconsiam and other places. The owner does not speak English but she was very friendly and accommodating despite language barrier everything went smooth. Facilities are not modern but very comfortable to use. It was a perfect place for me.
