Room is not clean as bed sheet & pillows have many hair..there is baby cockroach near the basin. Worst place i have ever stayed in BKK

The hotel is around 10mins walk from the station ( I do see people talking about a shortcut but I couldn't find it). The area around is pretty quiet. My room is on 5th floor. There's no elevator in the hotel but the staff are willing to help and I guess you can also request for a room located in lower floors. They do have staff 24-hours on duty but sometimes they might leave the front desk so you might need to wait a little bit. Generally speaking, a very good room for the price.

I was worried because I saw that this hotel did not have an elevator, however when I arrived at the hotel I was completely surprised, and completely satisfied. The staff were extremely nice, from the reception to the room service staff. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very close to the night market. The pictures of the hotel do not reflect the reality, it is much prettier and more cozy. I will return to this hotel if I return to Bangkok 😘

It was surprisingly a fantastic find for a stay in Bangkok. Very close to Hwai Khwang MRT station (there’s actually a walking path as shortcut but one really needs to look for it). Super friendly reception lady who granted me early check-in. The room, for its price, was fantastic and well-appointed. Fast 100mbps wifi too. My specific room 405, in fact, came with an L-shaped outdoor balcony which was really nice. Overall, this was a fantastic stay for the budget.

I'm happy with the staffs and reception, they are friendly and kind. I wish in this hotel can add tea and sugar as complimentary. I wish the quality of bed can be better. The bed is really hard and I do not feel comfortable. I feel like a sleep on wood not a spring bed.

Stay here really comfort! I like this staff very helpfull to me and very friendly. Complete facilities this room aminities, soap & shampo and towel. in room available icebox & kettle. Room nice aesthetic interior & clean.

I experienced an earthquake in Bangkok on March 27, 2025, while staying at this hotel. Thanks to the builders for making the building so sturdy—there wasn’t a single crack, and it barely shook compared to other buildings, especially high-rises.
Overall, it’s an excellent hotel. The loft-style design is modern and stylish, and the rooms are clean and well-maintained. Plus, getting here from the metro is easy—no need for long detours. It’s right behind Huai Khwang Station, Exit 3. There’s a shortcut that isn’t visible on Google maps, but you’ll find a pedestrian path directly behind the station, nearly bicycle's packing.
Highly recommended!

It is a very nice place to stay. Very quiet and within walking distance to Hwai Kwang MRT station. The only disadvantage is that there is no lift. I was given the highest floor (5th) but it is ok as I am still young!
