The location was great, but I had a really bad experience. Every day, I hung the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on my door, as I didn't need any cleaning. However, on my second night, I returned to find my air conditioning had been turned off. They only explained the reason via email (see attached image). I don't object to them needing to turn off the AC for whatever reason, but what really bothered me was that even with the 'Do Not Disturb' sign up, they still entered my room without my permission. This is a very serious issue.

Located right by a BTS line and close to Asiatique, this location will place you close to other points of interest including warehouse 30, chinatown, and Yaowarat road. The property is older and right by a major highway.

The man who checked me in was really kind and trustworthy. He gave me a thorough explanation of the room. The room itself was spacious, with a sofa, and very clean. The walk to the station can be a bit narrow and a little difficult in some spots, but it's easy to find. Within about a 5-minute walk, there are restaurants, a 7-Eleven, a supermarket, and even a small street food area, so you're well-covered. It was a great stay for my first time in Bangkok.

Suggest to keep the corridor light ON at night, that was scary. Others were good, staff friendly, clean, location good

This hotel is pretty good, except for the incredibly noisy rooms facing the street, which really disrupted my sleep. The room itself was spacious, and the bed was huge, plus there was a microwave. However, the street-facing rooms are genuinely too loud. There's traffic noise early in the morning and even in the middle of the night, and you can probably imagine the racket from motorcycles. I didn't get a single good night's sleep there.

Very very good location with a few minutes walk to the BTS Saphan Taksin and the Sathorn Pier. At the pier you can take a boat or ferry to Asiatique night market, Icon Siam, Wat Arun and the Grand Palace! What a convenient palce to stay! And the food street is nearby, every night I brought back so many food and snacks and enjoy my private time at the room. This place is also super friendly and lovely, you can always find the helpful staffs and the adorable kitties they adopted. Definitely a delightful stay in Bangkok.

We stayed at the executive family room. It was comfortable and big enough for us 5. Location is great and convenient to BTS, river taxi and mall. Lots of local eateries with Michelin awards.

It was okay. The location is good, and if I were to come alone, I would probably stay here.

The accommodation is very good. Food is convenient. The reception staff took good care of me. If I have the opportunity, I will definitely stay here again.

Convenient transportation, the hotel aunt is very friendly and kind. After walking out, there is 7/11 and BTS, and there is a pier for boat rides. It is very convenient to travel. It is worth staying here. It saves a lot of transportation fees and travel time.

It is only 10 minutes away from Saphan Taksin Station and the pier (towards ICONSIAM and Riverside Night Market). The only downside is that the road next to it is a bit noisy.

There are family rooms, suitable for family travel. It is located in the city center, next to a center mall, which opens at 10:30 in the morning. There is a 7-11 at the intersection, which is very convenient for shopping. We booked the hotel without breakfast, which can be purchased at 7-11. The room is large, and the room facilities are those of an apartment, but a little old. There is no strange smell when living there. There is a terrace for smoking (no smoking in the room), and there are bowls, plates and a small refrigerator. It is basically a qualified family accommodation room. (The bed is also relatively large), you need to bring your own towels, the room has non-disposable slippers, and babies who mind can bring their own slippers. There is a water heater and laundry room on the first floor. Note: The hotel will not help you clean, and the mineral water will be hung on your door every day. So you can keep it clean by yourself. We stayed for a total of three nights, and we mainly relied on taxis to travel, and we could use GRAB.

The hotel room was clean, 4 snow-white bath towels as expected, 4 bottles of water, in the morning they brought 4 more. It was enough for us. The bed linen was clean, snow-white. The mattress was a bit hard for us, but for 2 days it was quite bearable. The room had a new air conditioner. The family room overlooked the school, so the noise of the train and cars did not bother us. There was enough space for the car during the day, in the evening the parking lot was completely occupied. The owner Madame Thor is a very polite, kind woman. We were very pleased and would stay again for a short stay. The location is great. 7 minutes to the BTS and to the pier. There are many cafes around, a small market, 7/11, Central Bangrak. Taxis found us without problems. Thank you!

Excellent location, 5 minutes walk to the overground metro station, 6 minutes to the pier, from where it is easy to get to Iconsiam, to other interesting places. The rooms are not new, but spacious enough, very comfortable large table, sofa, comfortable double bed, mini-kitchen with microwave, (there was no stove), everything in working order. I would like to separately note the friendliness and willingness to help in solving any issues - the hotel staff. We will definitely stay here again.
