The family room is on the third floor, and there's no elevator, so you'll need to consider how to manage your luggage before booking. Additionally, the laundry facilities (washer and dryer) are located just outside the family room, meaning the bunk beds by the living area can get a bit noisy. The hotel offers a simple complimentary breakfast. Its superb location, just a 2-minute walk from the BTS station, makes it perfect for guests who rely on the BTS as their main mode of transportation. It seems to primarily attract Western guests.

Close to the BTS station, about a minute walk. Many restaurants, cafe, and convenient stores in the vicinity. Nice and clean room. There is a sharing kitchen to do some light cooking. There is also a washing and a drying machine in the property. Will definitely stay at this hotel on my next trip to Bangkok.

Sharing with friends is the best price. The location is great. Just walk out and you're right at the BTS. There are a lot of places to eat nearby. The room is clean and the zones are well divided.

The customer service is very enthusiastic! BTS is next door! The hotel facilities are also great! There is no charge for simple breakfast.. There is also free laundry and drying! There are TOPS out there!

It is very convenient to reach the MRT in less than a minute's walk. It is a small and cozy B&B. The room is suitable for 4 people. The children like the bunk bed space. The kitchen and space in the common area can be used more. There is also a washing machine for us. Good value for cleaning clothes.

It's a whole old building converted. It was remodeled with great care, and most rooms also have bunk beds + double beds. Very suitable for a family of 3-4 people. The location is just 30m away from the BTS pedestrian elevator, super super convenient. The service is of course AB&B level, which cannot be compared with hotels. The main reason is that the cleanliness can be improved a little bit, not to say that it is bad, it has 80 points now, but some people with cleanliness may not be used to it.

Overall impression is 10 out 10. The ration qulity of service and price is reasonable. We took room for 2 adults and 2 kids. There was enough space for all of us. Compfy beds and pillows. Hot water and good pressure. Staff is super friendly and helpful. There is a kitchen where you can make breakffst and drink coffee. Relaxing atmosphere despite the BTS nearby and havy traffic. The location is 10 out 10. Definately we'll come back again.

Had a good stay at this lovely place. A very comfortable bed in a spaceous room. Clean and charming. Easy reach to Ekkamai bus station. Its a good room for 4 or a family and could have stayed longer.

I stayed for seven nights in this splendid structure right under the elevated train, very comfortable and wonderful, which leads to the most important parts of the city. Spacious and clean room. Clean towels, welcome water, absolute kindness of the Manager and the staff. Safe, hairdryer and shower products included. I had a great time.

We really enjoy the place and the room. We have a very nice and quiet room for rest, the bed is enjoyable, and we also have communal room on 2nd floor just to chill! We also really grateful for the location next to BTS Phra Khanong in couples of meters, and we have 24 hours minimarket nearby too. Surely will come back here soon!
