There is such a great resort in the center of Bangkok! The environment is great. It is a very suitable resort hotel for families. The breakfast is delicious and there is afternoon tea time. The service staff are all very friendly and kind. The room is large and comfortable and there is a bathtub. It is super enjoyable!

Strengths: 1. The services are fantastic. 2. Breakfast varieties are great and nutritious. Waiters and waitresses are warm and friendly. 3. Gym is fairly equipped and trainer is helpful. Pool looks cool. 4. Room is spacious and comfortable. Facilities are clean and in good condition. 5. Quiet environment. Definitely great for getaway! Weaknesses: 1. Location is slightly not convenient but shuttle service is available on hourly basis. 2. Some toothbrushes and shaver given to me are slightly faulty. 3. 2000thd per night as deposit. I find a bit too high provided that I already prepaid. Conclusion: I would definitely recommend if you don't mind the weaknesses mentioned above.

Good location

The hotel is in the center, but surrounded by highways, convenience stores and other things are far away, but we take taxis when we go out, which is not bad. I have always heard that Thai hotels like to give guests the last room, and I also think that it may not be intentional, but it is a matter of probability. In the end, we were really given two last rooms. But my friend and I have no scruples in this regard, so we didn't care. However, the room we were given was right next to the road. The noise of motorcycles was particularly loud in the middle of the night. I didn't sleep much on the first night. I asked to change rooms on the second day. I still have to praise this. I was directly upgraded to a quiet area. In fact, the overall feeling of the hotel is still very good, but the only thing that makes me very dissatisfied is the hotel's luggage handling service. The front desk said that when the room to be changed is cleaned up, our luggage will be sent directly to the new room. As a result, it was already past nine o'clock in the evening when we went back that day, and the luggage was not sent. Then I waited in the room for a long time but the luggage was not sent. I made several calls to urge it. Later, I ran to the front desk again to ask before it was sent. When I went to the front desk, I met someone who seemed to be the supervisor of the doorman and luggage. He was dark and fat, and he pushed the luggage cart with an unhappy face. I didn't feel good about him from the beginning. He stood at the door with a dark face. He was indifferent when I asked him questions, which greatly reduced my impression of the service level of this hotel.

The location is good which is near Central Embassy but quiet because it is far from the main road. Don't stay at a hotel that is close to BTS in Bangkok. The pool is tranquil and nice in the morning. Room is spacious. Lots of choices for breakfast buffet. The gym is fabulous too.

Very bad hotel. Don't believe how good their hotel is. It's all fake. The pillows are yellow, and there are yellow ants or small insects crawling around. There are also spiders and a lot of spider webs. The toilet facilities are also shabby! Overall, it feels like living in a zoo. The soundproofing is very poor. The woman next door kept screaming at night, and there was no way to stop her! There were also people knocking on your door in the middle of the night! I will never stay here again. I will block this hotel.

Good location excellent service and comfy bed !

It's my second time staying here and they are done renovating (lat year they were under renovation but it was really well managed). Love how their staff are always proactive, attentive and helpful. They have a really nice larger gym facility and pool is spcaious as well. Breakfast spread is really hearty. Definitely foresee myself coming back again !

Although it is in the city center, transportation is inconvenient. You must take a Grab taxi. There are many mosquitoes.

From the airport to the hotel, I was tired all the way and wanted to find a place to have a good rest. When I got off the car, someone helped me with my luggage. The service was very good! Entering the room is clean and tidy, I like it
