City center and near sky train. It would be nice if there is towel hanger in the shower room.

I came to Bangkok frequently and this is definitely the worst stay from my experience. This hotel is only 2 mins walk from BTS but the traffic and music noise was SO BAD! Here is a list of my experiences: 1) I was originally assigned room 729 and woke up at 6:30am because of the bird noise (pigeon would land on aircon ledge in the early morning and non stop chirping loudly until you wake up and can do nothing about it). On top of that, the air blew out of the aircon smelled so bad…like the aircon filter was not clean, and the room had a very very bad musty smell. 2) i booked for 6 nights and could not stand the bird noise so I requested for a change of room. The front desk staff did not seem to be willing to help and told me that I had to check out by 12pm and bring my luggage down and carry them up again by my own when I get my new room. Eventually I got 323 as the replacement room. The aircon air smelled the same, musty as well but i was grateful enough for not waking up by birds noise in the early morning so i did not request for a change of room again: But the street noise (traffic, loud music) was so bad especially at night, and the room is not directly facing the main road or the side alley filled with restaurants? The soundproofing of the hotel rooms is just bad. 3) I did not feel welcomed by the staffs at all (except the carpark security guy who always greeted us with a smile and helped us with our luggage etc.) they did not even smile, they gave me the unfriendly vibe. When I told the manager for not cleaning my room on a particular day because I had an important meeting, the smile he put on his face seemed so fake and forced. I even felt intimidated by his facial expression. Only the staff who helped with the check out process was nice but the rest of them are not friendly at all! 4) location is good in terms of walking distance to BTS but if you are a light sleeper like me you should never stay here let alone staying for 6 nights (biggest regret). People would talk loudly in the hallway (even at 1am). 5) It was indicated that gym equipment/ yoga mat are available at level 8 but there was nothing! The only good thing of this place is that they provide ironing board and iron. 6) the water pressure is good! Had awesome showers everyday and they provide water dispenser at each level which is good as well 7) the room is very small, no place to place two big luggage or hang some clothes

second time booking this hotel as the location is very convenient, about 3 mins walk from nana bts. everything else was okay, but slightly unsatisfactory cleanliness as there were 2 spiders and many small bugs in the bed which i hope were not bed bugs cos there were about 10 of these bugs throughout our 5 days stay

Location : Easy access to BTS station and nearby had many facilities. Service : the usual Thai friendliness Only gripe was the room. 1. It had ants despite not bringing in any food. 2. Aircon was individual which was fine but as the room was quite small, you basically had the Aircon blowing at the bed. 3. The corridor doesn't have any a/c which is basically fine but I had to wait outside the room as they had to reprogramme my door lock and some guest nearby seems to be doing **** in the room as I could smell it. Overall for the price, it was pretty worth it for the location, if one is feeling thrifty.

Great for solo travellers. Rooms is nicely done up. Just that no TV in room. Bed side has many chip off wooden sharp edge. Has to be careful. Make up room is not everyday.

I used to stayed at Acott aparthotel before. Their hotel/ aparthotel are all well in standard except the floor is quite dirty on the room in this LKF hotel, you may clearly see the floor isn't clean enough with dirty patch on the floor even it's a black and grey tile. Otherwise, it's all well maintain, location is great. Bedding and equipment are all good.

No complains about the stay. Location is pretty good if you don't mind that it can be a messy area. Building and rooms look new too. Room can be small but not an issue

Perfect wonderful stay at Lyf for 9 days! Clean, good service what else can it be everything was so good.
