The location of this hotel is great, 4-5 mins to Phrom Phong BTS and just across the road is emsphere with ton of food options. As someone that likes to exercise, i think the pool is fine and the gym has sufficient equipment but isnt very well maintained. TV is quite interesting with no access to cable channels or any channels but can use youtube and netflix, tv remote or the tv sensor isnt great and can proof to be challenging to utilize. Room wise is spacious. Water somehow can suddenly become more hot intermittently, but water pressure is great! The vending machine oranges seem to be left there for a long time.
One thing i find could be an issue for this hotel is that quite a handful of employees could only communicate in minimal english, and i have stayed in quite a handful of hotels in bangkok but this is one of most challenging to communicate.
All in all these are more towards my feedback with the hope that the hotel can make certain improvements but will definitely stay here again

The hotel is very friendly, with helpful staff and very friendly. Room was very big, spacious and lots of amenities. Breakfast and swimming are ok.

This is my third time staying at the hotel. It’s an old 4-star hotel located at a very convenient place. About 3-5 minutes walk to Phrom Phong BTS. If you’re not very particular about the age of a hotel or its amenities, and if you rarely stay in the room during the day, this hotel is suitable for you.
