The hotel environment and check-in experience were excellent. It's right next to the Erawan Shrine, and Siam Paragon is just around the corner, making it very convenient for shopping. The hotel staff were friendly and provided warm service. The ambiance is elegant, and the restaurant food is absolutely fantastic.
