This hotel is excellent! It’s a classy place connected to terminal 21 shopping mall. The place is clean, quiet and well maintained. The staff is friendly and efficient. The value for money is terrific…considerably less expensive than the Westin or Sheraton and much nicer IMO

Good hotel in a very central location such as public transport, malls and much more.
Nice rooms with an amazing view. The staff is very friendly.
Despite my numerous complaints, the air conditioning in the breakfast area still did not work properly. It's unpleasant to eat in such conditions.

2nd time staying at central world terminal 21. Clean, spacious and centrally located.
Honest staffs. Left my ear phone in the room during check out. Staff were able to located it and shipped it back for me.

Loved this hotel. The location was amazing in one of the central malls (terminal 21) and close to the trains for transport. Food and shopping and spas all within walking distance, since the hotel literally is connected to the mall. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. They upgraded our room to this beautiful view !! The stay was amazing and the room clean and comfortable!!! Highly recommend and will be back again.

Excellent location just up above bts asok.cleaningness good.But,poor service as especially after earthquake,no one can answer you if it is still safe to stay in this hotel.Then ,I found a notice that there maybe some problems in the hotel rooms and needs checking and maintenance during my stay.How terrible if the hotel can provide this dangerous property to the guest.
I urge for compensation but still no response after 3 weeks.

Very big space, with facilities and decoration up to date.
Booking criteria not good. I booked a room for two persons, but hotel refuse to add the 2nd person's name on the reservation, and only the first person can check-in on the front desk. Hotel said add the 2nd person's name is a kind of changes of the booking.
