Service staff are mostly quite rude. Gym is not working. Far from the main road.

Good hotel. Little bit old.
Great location if you want to go party as its in walking distance of pub street (mini kho san road)
I did not find the bar in the hotel.

Hotel Staff are very professional, one specific hotel staff that went above and beyond on helping us get things straight with our hotel booking with Agoda was Ms Moony. She was very helpful and assisted in finding out a way and alternative to get our bookings done which Agoda totally failed to do so because of Agoda's network malfunction.

Good points: Good location, large rooms, nice swimming pool
Bad points: not so clean, old, sauna is not free, swimming pool closing early and a bit noisy

3 star hotel in a developed country, 5 star hotel in Thailand?
However, if the shangrila and mandarin oriental hotels in Bangkok are 5 star, then this hotel is not 5 star even by uncivilised country standards.
Good luck trying to sleep on the old mattress and with noise pollution from the paper thin walls and single glazed windows.
The staff wouldn’t help me get a taxi using the meter when I was on my way to the airport, that was the cherry on top of this turd hotel and country - to think they believe they are a beacon of human civilisation what a joke.
