Good stay. My fav place to stay in Bangkok as this is near terminal 21. Provided full amenities as well. Front desk can understand English too.

I want to thank you for your excellent receptionist, NON (his nickname), who provided a welcome second to none. He was friendly, helpful and informative. You can't find too many such outstanding worker nowadays. This is not a 5-star hotel but he provided 6-star customer service. Appreciate his service tremendously. Only one complaint--the aircon blowing at you while sleeping is bad for health and too cold. Turn it up, it's too hot. Again, thanks for a pleasant stay.

This hotel is hidden gem. Location behind terminal 21 mall and bts asok. Very convenient and clean

Walkable distance from bts Asok ~5-8 mins. Hotel room is pretty spacious, aircon is really strong. Bed and pillow is very comfy for me. But the toilet door had some problem which you need to force it tightly to shut the door which is a minus point. Overall quite a satisfied stay, will probably come back to stay again next time if prices are good.

Very Friendly Staff and services Love the cleanliness and the overall design. The bed is super comfy and aircon works well. This is the most important element.

Good location, less than 5 minutes walk to Asok BTS station. Compare Nana area, it is safer for child and family trip with elderly.

I lost my thing inside the room . Nothing they can do , ask me to report police yet, give me wrong address and wrong police station. Cos me flight back , they told me they will contact me in email, NOT even a email. Staff will keep push to each other and say the manager will contact me ,but nobody contact me.

The place itself it's awesome. Extremely clean. The staff is super friendly, kind and lovely. The food 20/10. The room is super quiet and the bed is very comfortable. It's less than 5 minutes away from the metro station, very convenient to move around. Plenty of restaurants and coffe shops within walking distance. Super recommended.

Convenient location with breakfast service till 2PM. Lots of services and amenities available around the hotel but yet it remains quiet and safe.

Hotel was conveniently located with train station nearby, lots of massage shops. Terminal21 is 3min walk away. Bed and pillow were comfortable. Breakfast ends at 2pm which was a plus point. Only flaws will be the shower gel and shampoo provided. Do bring your own shampoo.

Overall the hotel is good in terms of location that is very close to Terminal 21 and is very clean but the breakfast is not much of a choice and it will be bored if you stay there for long unless it’s a short stay.

perhaps the only good thing about this hotel is its location. It is an honest to goodness hotel although a little bit on the pricey side.
