Excellent location, hot and strong shower, and a comfortable, clean bed. The only minor issue was that the pillow was a bit too high. Everything else was perfect! Why the low rating?! There must be some bad reviews out there!

it is okay its near with the famous malls of you want to shop everything is walkable. but the hotel looks scary dull and almost like a ******* building but inside room looks luxury

Very disappointing stay. Would not recommend. The room was dirty and poorly maintained. The bed had bed bugs, and I was bitten during the night, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable and concerning from a hygiene perspective. The hotel itself is very old and run down, clearly lacking proper upkeep. I also encountered cockroaches in the room, which further confirmed the poor cleanliness standards. Most importantly, the actual condition of the hotel is completely different from the photos listed on Trip.com. The images are very misleading and do not reflect the real environment at all. Overall, this stay was far below acceptable standards. I would not recommend this hotel to other travellers.

The location is good, near Central World and other famous malls. The room is clean and good service from front desk.

We had a great time in this hotel. It is very clean, has a nice bathroom, and very accessible to malls. Would recommend this hotel 100%!

Completely misled by the photos. It was advertised as a luxurious king room, but it was far from it. The internet was absolutely terrible. The only redeeming quality was the decent location. They only provide free canned water, and charge for bottled water.

Good value for money, and the location is excellent. There's a 7-Eleven right outside, a big market across the street, and it's a 20-minute walk to Siam Center.

The hotel surrounding is under renovation and very dusty and untidy. The bath tub is small and the washing basin is slightly clogged

The location is fantastic, very close to Siam Square! The front desk staff also speak Chinese.

When checking out, the person at the counter had to go up to my room to do a check before coming back down to check us out. It took a while. And the 1000 baht deposit has to be in cash, cannot use card. Room was dated

Quick check-in and check-out. Convenience store nearby - also walking distance to Siam Mall. Hotel currently undergoing renovation with signage that loud works will be carried out between 10am - 3pm only.

The hotel is located near the BTS Ratchathewi station, with about 8 min walking distance which is considered comvenient. Nearby have some 7e stores, and it is nearby platimum mall, siam paragon, central world with walking distance within 10-mins which is a good selling points. The staff is friendly and helpful, deposits for rooms are needed and it just need a moment for room check while checking out the rooms. Facilities: The room is well equipped with fridge, bathtub, mirror, bottled water, and the air cond is good. They also able have luggae storage service.
