A Truly Exceptional Stay at Matria 18 My recent stay at Matria 18 was simply outstanding, and I can't recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the staff is dedicated to providing an exceptional guest experience. The check-in was smooth and efficient, and the receptionists were welcoming and helpful, answering all my questions with a genuine smile. This level of service continued throughout my entire stay, from the friendly bellboys who were always ready to assist to the meticulous housekeeper who kept my room spotless. The room itself was a highlight. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect place to rest and recharge after a day of exploring. I also really appreciated the useful kitchenette, which was equipped with everything I needed to prepare simple meals and snacks. It made my stay feel more like a home away from home and was a fantastic convenience. Another major plus is the hotel's strategic location. Being so close to both the BTS and MRT stations made getting around the city incredibly easy and stress-free. I was able to access all the major attractions and business districts with no hassle, which saved me a lot of time and money on transportation. Overall, the combination of a comfortable room, a fantastic location, and a team of dedicated staff truly made my trip a memorable one. Matria 18 isn't just a place to sleep; it's a place where you're genuinely cared for. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Been staying here in 2018 and they always never fail to make me like welcomed and accommodated. Home away from home.

2 night stay from 8-10 Oct in separate rooms. From the second we stepped in the front desk greeted us with such cheerful enthusiasm that shook the entire grounds. They provided us with the little pineapple tarts as a tiny welcome gift which set the visit off on a good note. Interestingly enough, I had actually stayed at this hotel 9 years ago. Back then it was known as "Park Plaza Sukhumvit 18", and somewhere along the way Park Plaza bought the property opposite this one and moved their operations across the soi, therefore the current Park Plaza Sukhumvit 18 is on the other side of this hotel now which had been acquired by the Chatrium Group from Park Plaza. Unfortunately the rooms looked like they had not undergone any significant refurbishment over the past decade or so, the lighting was lacking in the middle of the room and the floor was not as clean as I expected. However, the cleanliness of the bed, desk and bathroom seemed alright. Cannot comment on the sofa as I did not use it. On the upside, the room was big and spacious and also came with a small kitchenette and large fridge, but lacked a washing machine. Hot showers and Wifi worked well, and the location never bothered me much as I am always on motorcycle taxis in and out of the sois. All that was important to me was that the property was not located in one of those seedy sois. I come to Bangkok 10-12 times a year and have lived in more than 75 different hotels and BnBs over the years, while I cannot say that this was the best value for money property, it was still decent and did the job alright.

Hotel is clean, good location, mins walk to Terminal 21 , BTS is near to all shopping mall. Will come back again.

Room was clean n plumbing n electrical fitments were working unlike in many old hotels.The buffet had a reasonable spread but the waitress service can be improved as We were having our breakfast from 9:45am onwards n the moment it was 10:30 am they took away the fruits basket n when I asked she said it was over which was a bland lie.Hope the mismanagement looks into the Restaurant server's service in future

Not my first time staying here, and also not my last. Although the bed is really hard and stiff which is bad for a side sleeper's comfort level, the bed is huge. The room is spacious, location is very convenient, and the breakfast it comes with even though of poor variety is still a very good added value compared to other hotels of around the same price. Overall the room is good. The water pressure though seems to be a little weak this time. Not sure if its because of the leaky shower head.

THe hotel room was really spacious and it was quite convenient to walk to Asok BTS. I am also very thankful that the staff surprised my friend with a birthday cake. I really appreciate it

Breakfast was good but limited. I recommend eating outside the hotel. The location is amazing and the staff was great. Enjoyed my stay
