The hotel is very central - close to many tourist attractions but also located in a cozy alley, so you will get your sleep in as well. Em, the owner of the hotel, is a wonderful host and very knowledgeable about the city. Highly recommend and will definitely come back as well!

The Neighbor Phuton is exceptional and one of the best places I have ever stayed. The owner is really friendly, welcoming and attentive and made us really feel at home whilst making sure we had everything we needed. The guest house is very nicely designed making for a very nice setting to relax in whilst staying in Bangkok. The bedrooms are very nicely laid out with comfortable beds and separate shower and toilet spaces, all set around a small and beautiful courtyard garden. The breakfast is the best myself and my group have ever tried at a hotel (and we have stayed all over the world in various places). The owner arranged different options each day and all were exceptionally fresh and available delicious. Part of the group were vegetarian but this didn’t hinder things and we loved trying local specialty dishes each morning. The area surrounding the guest house is very ‘local old Bangkok’ and had a really nice vibe with lots of places to socialise and eat out. The locality for all of the main attractions, Temples, Shopping Centres, Piers, Train and Airports was perfect, the guest house is a short walk to all of the areas of Bangkok which would be on anyones list. Overall we had an amazing stay, we will absolutely make this our number one place to stay for our annual visit to Thailand, the owner takes exceptional care of guests and will make sure you have the perfect stay in Bangkok. Couldn’t fault this small hotel in the heart of Bangkok. I walk everywhere and the location was excellent. Em is a great host with huge amounts of help and info to help you on your way. Breakfast was Thai, beautifully cooked and presented - changed every day. The best coffee of my travels by far! Room everything it needs to be with good, clean housekeeping. Thank you Em and Ae for a great end to my trip!

My wife and I spent incredible day in the Neighbor Phuthon house. The house is located in the historical part of Bangkok and so near the the most important places for visiting. The breakfast and the coffee were so delicious. The owner and his team are doing so a great job. Thank you so much

Being in this hotel is like having a home in Bangkok. The staff is really nice and welcoming, and offers to help with anything you need. The rooms are comfortable, they have a good size (and they even upgraded us to a better room once one was free). The beds are comfortable, you can tell that the mattresses are new. The bathrom has a good size and everything you might need. Also, the air conditioner works perfectly and you can have a good temperature. We had a mosquito in our room (pretty common in thailand) and the staff even offered to spray our room. Apart from that, we had the breakfast included and they were the best we have ever had. They cook the breakfast for you everyday (they ask if you have any food allergy/restriction first) and it's just awesome. We had thai breakfast almost everyday. Besides all of this, the hotel is really close to the royal palace and some temples, which was very nice for us. To sum up, I would strongly recommend this hotel to everybody!

I’ve been staying at Neighbor Phuthon since I was 18, on my first trip to Bangkok. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else—I have always felt at home and so well-taken care of. This is the perfect hotel for a solo, couple, or family in Bangkok’s Old Town, with close access to major attractions and public transit. Incredible food is nearby, and you will never be bored in this lovely corner of the city.

It’s a very quaint and charming boutique hotel in the heritage quarters of Bangkok. This neighbourhood is owned by the king and is walkable to most heritage sites around. This place has a home-like comfort with M (the owner) making sure you are well fed and taken care of. The breakfast he makes every morning is nothing short of outstanding. It’s a whole lot of effort he takes to serve up different dishes every morning. We really felt like we were staying with family in this place. Also, the hotel is walking distance from a lot of other eateries frequented by locals . Overall we loved it.

Very nice
