Should an hotel like this have history of their returning guests?
Because after spent 10 nights last time and just come back now, found new faces at desk, check in more slowly than before and not even sure when can be done an early check in, as desk said: we have may rooms check out and need to be clean all… I expect return guests should have at least an answer on exact timing…
I have a business meeting in 1 hour, hope to have a room ready to change clothes and go on time!
First time we got an early check in, now we don’t know yet what time can get in!

This was a lovely hotel to stay in. Great pool, nice poolside bar and coffee shop (they make a great Thai Tea and can adjust sweetness for you!). Rooms were a good price and spacious. The only thing is that it’s down a lane that is a bit far from the main road, but the hotel provides a complimentary shuttle throughout the day which was super helpful! I was also told that the onsen baths were only available Friday - Sunday - something to keep in mind for the next visit :)

outstanding hotel hidden in the narrow streets of the Sukhumvit, everything in good shape, perfect conditions, all the personnel make an effort to provide an excellent service.
The room is remodeled and has a good distribution. They offer transportation during the day from the BTS station to the hotel and back (very convenient). There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and other service stores nearby.
Improvement areas: Disposable Slippers of very low quality (can not resist one night's use), the breakfast buffet is limited and small (the price is affordable).

clean, spacious and comfortable. there’s even a microwave! pillows were a little flat but the king bed was soft and comfy. water pressure was great, though the hot water fluctuates. location is a little out of the way, so grab prices tend to be slightly pricier. shuttle bus brings u to the main road but it is still a 10min walk to the nearest BTS

I think this hotel is pretty good! The rooms are spacious, and the room also had a microwave which was nice, I could warm up my takeaways. The restaurant also had great food. It's nice and secluded. I wouldn't mind booking this hotel again
