The hotel lobby is absolutely beautiful, and the service is excellent. They even help with luggage, and the security measures are top-notch, making for a very comfortable stay. Food deliveries arrive super fast, and it's only about 500-600 meters to Siam Paragon! Oh, and you *must* try the Thai milk tea here – it's the best I've ever had!!!

The in-room facilities were very old, but the staff's attitude was quite good, especially the hotel porters. The main advantage is the great location, with a BTS station right outside the entrance.

The old carpet was disgusting to look at. The duvet wasn't fully enclosed; it was just two sheets sandwiching a blanket. No one came to clean the room for the three days I stayed. I definitely won't choose this hotel again. What other reviewers said is true: only the lobby looks decent after renovation. The facilities inside are old and worn, leading to a terrible experience. The comforter was also dirty, thankfully I brought my own disposable bedding set.

It's great, this is my second time staying here. Although the room I got was a bit inconveniently located right next to the elevator, the room itself was very spacious. The hotel rooms feel a bit dated, but I slept very comfortably. The breakfast was delicious, especially the blueberry yogurt.

Breakfast was decent, and there are two pools. The rooms are a bit old, but they're relatively clean and not noisy. It's super convenient as it's right by the BTS Skytrain, making it easy to get anywhere. This hotel is very popular and offers good value for money.
