Housekeeping is not clean enough as the small pillows and dirty bedsheets were found lying around...i was using agarwood incense in the room but the hotel said we were smoking and got fined. the receptionist is also rude in replying us as well.
Though the hotel room is big but location is far out from Pratunam. we spent quite alot in Grab.
Not recommend for location and inflexibility of the hotel.

The staff are extremely friendly, warm and attentive. The beds and rooms are clean and comfortable. They also serve a wide selection of delicious breakfast with a beautiful lobby area.

Big hotel room but furnitures a bit old.
Water pressure strong just the warm water out a bit slow.
Overall okay for what we paid.

The service was wonderful as always. They have recently finished the remodeling of their ground floor dining space (where the breakfast took place.) So everything is crisp and clean and bright. Staff are consistently helpful and polite. It's been my go-to hotel whenever I am in Bangkok.
