The luggage service was very welcoming, and there was plenty of parking. The hotel is located on a small street, making it relatively quiet. Traffic on Friday was convenient, though a bit congested. The room was very spacious, perfect for families with children. It was well-equipped with a kitchen, cookware, microwave, toaster, balcony, drying rack, and washing machine, making it very convenient for living. Both the living room and bedroom had TVs.

This is my first time leaving a negative review. I frequently stay in Bangkok, and this time, I stayed for 7 days from January 18th to 25th for the ***** New Year. On the last morning, I found an unidentified bug in my room and was instantly freaked out. I immediately went to the front desk to report it. The male staff member at the front desk was smiling throughout, extremely dismissive, and casually said, "Just have housekeeping clean it." I asked for a proper resolution, and he directly replied, "Then there's nothing we can do." They called the duty manager, who only offered a complimentary airport transfer but brushed off the hygiene issue, even saying, "It's normal to have bugs in Thailand during the rainy season." He then questioned if I had been eating in the room—but the room itself was equipped with a dining table, refrigerator, stove, and microwave. Is it wrong to use them normally? The hotel's handling efficiency was extremely low; they deliberated for over an hour. I missed breakfast and almost missed my flight. Throughout the entire process, there was no sincere apology, and in the end, they reluctantly offered only a 20% refund. I have already reported this to Ascott Thailand headquarters, but have yet to receive any response. Substandard hygiene, irresponsible handling of issues, poor service attitude, and perfunctory resolution—I highly do not recommend staying here!

Staff are so so lovely . Balcony & washing machine are so handy . The rooms are very generous sizing . The washer pressure & temp were so so good. Breakfast choices are rotated from day to day . So you never get bored. Everything you need is in the street . I like the 1st massage place . It’s way to get or order transport & the lovely door people will help 💜 Bed was abit hard for me but you can ask for a pillow topper . Pool looked lovely but I didn’t go in

The room was really spacious, so much so that it echoed, but it was quite comfortable to stay in. The in-room washing machine had a dryer function, and there's a 7-Eleven right next door. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the subway.

I've stayed here many times, every year in fact. The rooms are quite spacious, simple, and comfortable. The surroundings are lovely, clean, and quiet. There's even a small market, a bakery, and massage parlors nearby. If you appreciate a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere, this is the place for you.

The rooms are all one-bedroom apartments, 70 square meters, and you can cook in them. There's a wet market nearby. The breakfast is quite varied, and the rooms are relatively quiet.

The hotel environment is very good, but I think the duvet needs to be changed! They are especially warm towards Westerners, but just so-so towards Chinese people! They bow and greet Westerners in the elevator, but I've never seen them greet Chinese people in the elevator! Especially that tall male staff member with a comb in his pocket.

Very friendly staff. Room is really spacious and well equipped service apartment. Also used the kids play room and gym. Location is slightly off the busy tourist areas but not difficult to get to.

The environment is great, and the surrounding amenities are very complete. There's a 7-Eleven right downstairs, and plenty of restaurants too. It's perfect for family trips, and the breakfast is excellent. I'll definitely be coming back here next time.

Service: Very patient service; housekeeping and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Bangkok.
