The service was beyond immaculate, all the way from checking in, the staff that we interacted with during breakfast, making up of rooms, handling of luggages by the concierge, the pool side staff and the arrangement of vehicles in and out of the hotel. Their enthusiasm brightens up our family's day and the kids were also giving raving reviews. Special shoutouts to William (The Addition), Chiraphon (chambermaid), and the rest of the staff that we have interacted with whom are always ready to go the extra mile, making the stay a memorable one. The family is already looking forward to our next stay at Siam Kempinski! Truly The Land of Smiles.
This is our second time at Sindhorn Kempinski hotel, friendly and helpful hotel staff and lovely breakfast. Rooms are clean and spacious. There is a pillow menu that offers almost up to 10 types of pillows selection, however, they ran out of stock for the one that we requested.. Do pamper at the SPA if it’s an option, the SPA offers an array of treatments and saunas, my favorite was the ice room right after a hot steam!
Things that can be done better was 1) the Check-in time, it took us almost 30 minutes at the front desk. Wish that part was more efficient. 2) Better pest management - there was a bunch of mosquitoes at the lobby and a few flies in the bedroom.
