I really enjoyed the peaceful environment and the friendly staff.

Reception 10/10, House Keeping 2/10. Despite check out time is before 11am, house keeping has been knocking on the door and attempt to open my room multiple times since 9:45. When ask why keep knocking on the door when guest haven't check out, she simply goes "oh, I didn't check if room is checked out or not" I understand that house keeping probably just wanna to finish their job early, but please also understand that guest needs a good rest without being force to walk up every 20minutes.

Dirty, smelly, and run-down. I wouldn't recommend it and would even tell my friends to avoid staying here.

The room was very comfortable, and the surrounding amenities were convenient. There were buses, a shopping mall, and a park right outside, making it easy to access food, clothing, housing, and transportation.

This place is way too out of the way, dozens of kilometers from the city center, and there's a casino downstairs.

Beautiful hotel with a lot things to do. Like : Bar, bingo for elderly , big TV for watching sports, a lot of restaurants and cafe to choose, playground and arcade too and much more…Love all the restaurants there. Foods, sweets treat very yummy. My kids love it so much. Each restaurant have their own beautiful design. Amazing forest decorations, it also have Koi fish which make my kids want to check the fish all the time when we stay. Staffs are nice and room is clean. Highly recommend for family

Great stay at Mercure Sydney Bankstown! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The location is very convenient, with restaurants, shops, and everything you need nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we had a very pleasant stay. A good choice for families and anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the Bankstown area. We would happily stay here again!

The reception (Indian looking lady) not so welcoming, i must say she has zero hospitality. She’s not smilling at all, under estimate us, talk in a high pitched and unpleasant way. Hotel has same entrance and same car park as sport club, it’s so hard to find a parking spot on Saturday and Sunday (we stay for 2 nights) Room not so cleaned, my son (1 year) found a pill in the carpet and eat it 😭😭, and when i checked the carpet, it was not thoroughly vacumm. I can see lots of dust under the bed, same goes with the bathroom, not so clean The only good thing about this hotel is its location, in the heart of Bankstown City . I travel to lots of hotel in Sydney, many of them has a great staff and clean room. I am so disappointed with Mercure Bankstown, i thought it will be a great deal (looking for its price) and how it is part of accor group. Won’t be back here ever again

Right next to the casino. Breakfast was terrible, but everything else was great.

The location is decent, not far from the bus and subway stations! However, the room itself was a bit… underwhelming. The double bed was incredibly small; I felt like I was going to roll off if I moved too much.

Arrived early the staff let me in early so thank you for that. Only to find the room is not ready . I can wait , but to let someone in a hotel room when it still messy is not very professional . And it smell when it not clean yet
