來到大保定，突然發現有一家新開的亞朵店，趕緊來拔草，相當滿意哦！酒店門口正在修路，被擋板擋住了不太好找。但是服務員很熱情，接了電話以後，主動出來和我們碰頭，然後把我們領到了酒店的停車場。亞朵的品質一如既往的讓人放心，乾淨整潔的房間，好聞好用的洗護用品，檀香味的洗手泡沫是我每次的最愛。床上用品的質量也不用多説，加上良好的隔音效果，當天晚上手環顯示我的睡眠成績是88分。因為行程安排原因，第一次在亞朵實際體驗了一下洗衣服務和運動健身，真心很不錯。烘乾後的衣服滿滿的陽光的味道，健身房的飲用水和毛巾葯品都很齊全。酒店的地理位置極佳，就在大熱的萬博廣場商圈旁邊，晚上步行就可以溜達逛街了。距離西大街步行街和直隸總督府也都非常近，打車十塊錢以內。毫無疑問，下次來保定，這裏依然是我的首選！

首先地理位置優越吃飯，溜達都方便環境乾淨，設施全新，而且收拾的很及時很專業最重要的是前台的幾個孩子，一看就是熱心善良，對工作很認真，雖然看的出來都有些不是很熟練，但是那個對工作的認真勁兒，就很讓人舒服我們住的1325，空間很大很舒服，又加了一天，好好休息，保定我們經常會來，下次來的首選，還是這裏#衞生#服務

這次保定萬博廣場亞朵入住體驗特別好。作為民宿從業者，我從服務到硬件都深有感觸。辦理入住時，前台見我獨自帶娃，主動加微信讓我隨時聯繫。遊玩時孩子意外崴腳哭鬧，聯繫前台後，晚上7點多經理多伊帶着輪椅趕來，她用照顧侄子的經驗陪孩子玩耍，還推輪椅帶我們周邊散心，滿足孩子想出門的心願。深夜10點她特意安排廚師做了雞蛋羹，客房姐姐們打掃時也總逗孩子開心，讓孩子忘了不適。孩子親手寫了感謝信，全程被暖心照顧。這次入住超滿意，會推薦給朋友，下次還選亞朵，也期待有機會深入瞭解這個品牌。

避雷這家酒店，我們五點多到的辦理入住，説房間還沒有打掃出來，等了半個多小時還是不能入住，叫經理下來協調半天不下來，前台堆積了很多辦理入住的客人，都是因為沒有打掃完無法入住，後來前台工作人員頂不住了才出現，到了晚上門口燈關不了，床頭燈關了空調自動關，這麼熱的天氣，家屬半夜一點多下去兩趟問情況，最後加工程師微信遠程解決也沒有解決問題，給了三個眼罩，大家一定避雷

這次來保定的體驗非常差。在亞朵酒店休息時，外面有很大的鑽頭和裝修敲打噪音，聲音大家可以在下面視頻取消靜音聽一下有多大，實在讓人難以相信這是亞朵的水準。工作人員雖然一直承諾會解決噪音問題，卻始終沒有給出明確方案，最後還是我自己聯繫攜程官方溝通，才換了房間。
連續入住的兩天裏，出門時我點了房間的“立即清掃”，但下午兩點多回到酒店，房間根本沒打掃。去前台要水時，前台讓保潔阿姨過來，才有人開始打掃。而且剛入住時，房間裏的小冰櫃裏衹有兩瓶水，連亞朵正常該有的服務都沒達到。換房之後，新房間的小度還是壞的。另外，外賣機器人送得特別慢，最後衹能自己下去取。

定的尊享親子房前台特意給三個孩子送了毛絨娃娃。我是做民宿的，相當於同行。服務，衞生和環境都很好，孩子晚上寫了一篇小作文退房的時候送給了前台小哥哥小姐姐們。我跟孩子説做的對，對於好的事情我們要樂於去讚揚，把好的心情傳遞給每一個人。房間忘記拍圖片了，覺得吹風機很好用拍了一張湊個數吧！
