早餐很好吃，種類也挺多的，對挑食的朋友很友好，房間也很大，衞生打掃的也非常乾淨，詢問前台保定有什麼好玩的地方，前台也給我們很熱情的推薦

這家酒店位置在高新區朝陽北大街恆通財富中心，交通便利位置好找，房間乾淨整潔，服務很好，尤其是前台服務生態度很好，朋友從湖南來遊玩感覺不錯，一直續住了4天。。

此次入住維也納酒店是因為孩子考試，跟前台説了一下就給我趕緊安排了一個安靜的房間，因為我來的比較早前台説房間現在不是很多，選擇了一個就讓客房大姐打掃，還給拿了熱水，不到五分鐘就入住了，非常效率，前台也跟上心，房間也舒適整潔，設施齊全，下次首選酒店

這是我住過最差的酒店 沒有之一 第一空調我開了兩個小時開的暖風30度 根本一點暖風都沒有 吹的都是冷風 第二 衞生太差 被子自己看吧上面是什麼東西 還有使用過的套袋子 地毯都發黑 看着都噁心 第三 設施太差 你這個價格就這配置？你這是十年前的配置了吧 同等價位的哪家不比你們設施好 ！！！而且你們服務真是有待提高
