It is recommended that the hotel clearly inform the guests on the reservation platform. In addition, the quality of the bedding and toiletries is good. The old-fashioned Halal Wudzhai restaurant next to the hotel is delicious. Living on the 15th floor, you can hear the voice in the corridor, and it is quieter at night without air conditioning. Breakfast is a Chinese buffet, with freshly ordered glazed dough pancakes.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The location is fantastic, right next to a shopping mall and with shared bikes, making it super convenient to visit attractions and the shopping district. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable, making for a wonderful sleep. The front desk staff was incredibly attentive, checking us in quickly, and even recommended nearby restaurants. The breakfast was also extensive, with both Chinese and Western options, and the food was delicious. It was an excellent value, and I'd definitely stay here again!

There are 4 hotels in one building, and the ”Grey Whale” is on the 20th floor, and the self-service laundry room and fitness room are on the 21st floor. This hotel is simply one of the best places I have ever stayed! The staff are all very friendly and welcoming, always smiling and making you feel at home. My room is spacious, bright and well decorated. The big bed is so comfortable and soft that you feel like you are in the clouds as soon as you lie down on it. Overall, I am very satisfied with this hotel. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family and hope to have the opportunity to stay here again!

Our relatives, who are international students at Henan University, came to visit our children, and we booked a hotel for them. We chose the one closest to our home, right next to the Military Academy Square, so it's very convenient for shopping, taking a taxi, and going to West Street and the main campus of Henan University. Before leaving, we asked them about their stay, and they said they were very satisfied with the experience. The service attitude of the ladies at the front desk was excellent, and they were very warm and welcoming. The room was clean, sanitary, and warm. In addition, they were very interested in our food delivery robot, haha 😁

My preference of a hotel is a homely. Wouldn’t it wonderful if the hotel staff would treat their guests as a family? They missed on this aspect but kudos to all the staff who had tried their best to make us feel comfortable all throughout the stay. We all love the pool especially the heated one. I just think they’re too strict on wearing a swimming cap even if you’re just having a dip or hanging out in the heated pool. I’d totally understand it if it’s swimming but yeah it’s house rules I guess I just think it’s too much. Breakfast was great!

Overall, it was excellent. The kitchenware and front desk service were fantastic. They had everything you could need, including cooking pots, woks, and knives. The room was fully equipped with a washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, and iron. Food delivery robots even came upstairs! The front desk staff were incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.
