I really like their corporate culture; the staff are all responsible and patient. Compared to the mechanical communication or very negative service attitudes I've encountered before, this was very comfortable. If the quality of Atour hotels in different cities is consistent, I will prioritize Atour for future travels.

I stayed on the 23th floor with amazing view of a park. Breakfast is great with lots of choices. In the afternoon, there was a snack and fruit treat in the room.

After the lobby manager communicated with the old man, the music noise disappeared. The hotel urgently purchased earplugs and provided them to guests. The construction started at 7 am on the second morning of the holiday. There was no hope of sleeping in! I got up, had breakfast, checked out and left! The swimming pool on the 25th floor of the hotel was not open, and the guests were informed on Ctrip! Since the hotel knew that the river in front of the building was under construction, it should also inform the guests on the website and fulfill the obligation to inform!
