早餐豐盛，厚着臉皮薅羊毛拿了兩杯聖女果。總枱有求必應，保安大叔辛苦了，給送了兩趟東西。前台沒有白開水。美女隨手給了我一瓶礦泉水。前台離別禮貌問候，還問是否住得滿意，售後超讚，對反饋的問題及時回覆。👍👍👍

設施：中規中矩，除了沒見機器人，其他都是很棒的
衞生：衞生打掃的乾乾淨淨，雖然沒有機器人，阿姨送物品也是很及時很熱情
環境：因為要趕夜車就選擇了這個酒店，離火車站散步就可以到。入住當晚感覺周圍很安靜很舒適，第二天走一走就看見了開元商場，附近美食特別多！肖家大院過個馬路就到，臊子排骨炒雞好吃！酒店到永興巷也衹需要兩站公交車，交通特別便利！離科技館一公里，可公交可步行，特別好
服務：前台服務員很温暖，看我一個人帶着孩子，還關心我要不要早餐，因為想去永興巷吃早飯，讓孩子睡懶覺就沒有定有早餐的房間，不過前台準備的綠豆湯和酸梅湯也很爽口，退了房行李也是免費寄存保管，每一個行李上都有房間號，很貼心很方便

這次入住體驗真的超棒！一進酒店大堂就被温馨的裝修風格吸引，前台工作人員不僅辦理入住速度快，還貼心地介紹了周邊美食和景點。房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，隔音效果也好，晚上睡得特別安穩。浴室乾濕分離，洗漱用品味道清新，還有小冰箱裏的飲品很加分～早餐種類豐富，中西式都有，現煮的麪條和現烤的麪包超香！退房時還收到了小禮物，整個過程讓人感受到賓至如歸的服務，下次來這邊一定還住這家！
