The reason for me to come back to write a review, it is totally because of the front desk service, the lady is friendly and at the day we need to check out, she allowed us to stay over the check out time more than one hour, so we don’t have to leave hotel too early for the late afternoon train and can get some rest. It is not a luxury hotel, maybe used to be once, but now is aged. For me, this is more like a business short stop type hotel with a budget price. Just like cheap range ibis but look better and much bigger room.

The facilities are old and the switches and showers are faulty. We went for breakfast at 8:00 and it was almost empty, full of tour groups. We went again at 8:30 and it was still empty, as they said they were closing. The restaurant said breakfast was from 7:00 to 9:00, but the hotel said it was from 7:00 to 10:00. They admitted their mistake but refused to address the issue.

Great hotel! Booked last minute. The hotel is a 30-minute drive from Baotou train station. The room and bathroom are spotless. However, the soundproofing leaves something to be desired, as you can hear people coughing or talking in the evening and morning.
