Magnotel Stays in Baotou

My stay here was a tale of two extremes. The room itself was spotless, and the front desk staff the night before were incredibly helpful. I needed to print something, and the lovely, patient lady at the reception even offered me a late check-out – her service was a definite plus. However, checking out the next day was an absolute disaster. A heavy-set female staff member at the front desk publicly gossiped about guests, mimicked their tone of voice, and acted completely unprofessional and out of line. She clearly lacked basic professional etiquette. What really left a bad taste was that, not only was her service poor, but she aggressively badgered me for a good review. My sincere advice: Provide good service, and guests will praise you naturally. Forcing reviews, gossiping, and acting sarcastic will only alienate people. Don't let one bad apple spoil the whole bunch.

The room is clean and close to the elevator, very convenient. The environment is elegant, the service is thoughtful and warm, very close to the high-speed exit, and it is convenient to travel. There is a home-cooked restaurant downstairs, and it is very convenient to eat.
