淡季來的 和朋友兩個人 環境太好了 酒店就在達瓦更扎景區門口五分鐘路程處。也是周圍最熱鬧的地方了！ 老闆是個藏族妹妹 服務態度很好，酒店有一家咖啡廳 一個餐廳 價格不貴！風景特別好！ 特別是那個木屋景觀太好了！ 很好出片！

訂的是全景星空家庭房，但是老闆留的是木屋家庭房（這個價格便宜點），到了後看到不是我訂的房間老闆説木屋家庭房風景好，如果要換去全景星空家庭房她就去抬床過來，已經晚上11點了那就將就住吧，早餐説是早上7點半至9點，結果我們上山去沒看到日出，下來七點四十左右吧，吃早餐的地方都是鎖着門的，哎～～～～～可能淡季人少吧。

服務態度之惡劣，聞所未聞。加價預訂的有地暖的房間，到店是沒有暖氣的房間，找老闆詢問情況，老闆原話“有沒有暖氣，房間都是一樣的，你們入住（沒有暖氣房間）導致小孩感冒發燒了算我的。要麼你們不住了。我不認識字，不曉得你們預訂的有地暖房間。你們想咋個辦嘛，你把我殺了嘛”。

六百多的房費，説實話有點不符。晚上一直停電，房間里居然不配礦泉水，床單有個洞，煙灰缸裏還有煙頭，等了很久才入住，房卡又不通電。好在風景不錯，老闆看着也是老實人，希望服務能夠改善。

房間所處的位置挺好的，環境也漂亮，離景區步行五分鐘就到。但是也有一大堆問題，首先就是廁所沒有熱水，這一點就很難受，不能洗澡就算了，洗臉也凍，而且不知道為啥，二樓在滴水，地上都是濕的，走路打滑差點沒摔倒。
