"This hotel was an excellent choice for my trip to Hangzhou. The location is superb, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. With the subway station right outside, everywhere felt easily accessible. The service was outstanding. They even offered complimentary fruit. When my friend mentioned she didn't like Sprite, the staff promptly swapped it for a Coke and even offered an extra bottle. The front desk staff were incredibly warm, helpful, and always ready to answer any questions we had. Highly recommended! A definite 5-star rating. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention, the breakfast was great – very varied and plentiful. The dining environment on the 26th floor was also fantastic."

GGuest UserEle Jane is in a very good and convenient location. Very close to the Longjing Tea village and in a natural environment. It is like staying in the forest within the city, which is a short DiDi ride away. DiDi’s were easy to hail and we never had to wait long. Our room was upgraded at no cost on arrival. We arrived early and left our luggage at the hotel to go explore the area. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and gave us very good advice on what the area offers. We connected on WeChat and they were fairly eager to try to communicate in English too despite the language barrier, we appreciate their efforts. They provided us with an English tourist map of the area and advised us on the bus routes etc. As can be seen in the photos the room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was healthy and enjoyable. Limited options but nice. Two suggestions. Provide your foreign guests with the hotel’s location pin and DiDi address. We found it challenging to find the hotel’s address in the DiDi app when we arrived at Hangzhoudong railway station (about 15km away from the hotel.) Once my husband’s DiDi got lost and he was dropped off at an entirely different address. Another suggestion. We stayed two nights and the room was not made up the second day. We were a bit disappointed as it is the first hotel we stayed at that did not provide this cleaning service. We were also disappointed that the swimming pool and hot tub was under maintenance because that was one of the reasons why we booked the hotel in Trip.com. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay. Another bonus was that the beds were comfortable and soft. The hotel is also pet friendly. Not a lot of activities offered for families with small kids, but is is close enough to many other attractions.

We recently enjoyed a long weekend at Minho International Resort, staying in the Deluxe Family Loft. Our group included myself, my wife, my mother-in-law, and our twin children. From the outset, we were impressed by the hotel's exceptional service and facilities.
Accommodation and Cleanliness: The hotel room was immaculate, with everything in perfect working order. The housekeeping staff were attentive and ensured our stay was comfortable. Public areas throughout the resort were also well-maintained and spotless.
Family-Friendly Amenities: The children's play area offered a variety of activities, providing ample space for our kids to play and explore. We also took advantage of the bike rentals, which allowed us to explore the surrounding area, thanks to the staff's helpful recommendations. The swimming pool and sauna were clean and well-maintained, adding to our relaxation.
Evening Entertainment: A standout feature was the water and light show, which provided a mesmerizing end to our evenings.
Concierge Service: Our concierge, 管家小汪, was exceptionally helpful, adding us on WeChat to assist with any issues or translation needs we encountered.
Dining and Bar Experience: While our overall experience was outstanding, there were a couple of areas for improvement. The breakfast offerings were often cold and oily, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the bar did not use fresh ingredients for cocktails and featured unusual recipes, such as a mojito without mint. The bar area itself was quite cold and offered limited snack options.
Despite these minor issues, our stay at Minho International Resort was exceptional. It's undoubtedly one of the best hotels we've experienced, and we highly recommend it. We look forward to returning to explore more of the surrounding area.

MM23274****The room wasn't very spacious. Despite being upgraded from a Superior Twin to a Deluxe Twin, the actual room size didn't seem to increase. However, the room was spotless and well-organized, and all in-room beverages and mineral water were complimentary.
The staff were incredibly polite and always offered a warm greeting whenever we encountered them. The self-service laundry room on the 5th floor was a practical amenity, though it's worth noting that the washing and drying machines are separate units. The bathroom featured a convenient wet-dry separation, and all fixtures were clean and fully functional.
The hotel boasts a great location, not far from West Lake and the Intime Department Store. The only minor drawback is its proximity to an elevated highway. Late at night, even with the windows closed, a faint hum of passing traffic could be heard. That said, I personally found it didn't disturb my sleep; in fact, it had a somewhat soothing white noise effect.

As a Ctrip Black Diamond member, I always opt for the most luxurious hotels and B&Bs, but I've truly never encountered a staff member as exceptional as Zada. Her attentiveness and thoughtfulness are unparalleled, and her service is simply outstanding. One day, when we were heading out to catch a taxi in scorching 39-degree weather, she insisted we wait indoors while she stood outside at the entrance, waiting for our car. No matter how much we urged her to come inside, she wouldn't. During meal times, she was consistently thoughtful, always anticipating and catering to all my needs. She truly is the best! By the time I left, I felt a genuine reluctance, almost as if I were saying goodbye to a dear friend. Absolutely fantastic!

GGuest UserBackpackers Ten Years truly lives up to its name! The rooms are spotless, and the service is excellent. The cleaning staff tidied up the common areas early in the morning, even before most guests were awake. The beds were perfectly clean and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep! They also offer a laundry area with dryers, so all essential facilities are well-covered. Even after checking out, you can store your luggage for free on-site. The front desk staff, especially the young lady, had an exceptionally friendly and positive attitude. I just found out they've opened a branch in Guangzhou and am already looking forward to staying at Backpackers Ten Years there on my next visit!

GGuest UserWe booked a family room for our trip with our family of three. Upon check-in, we were assigned a room on the 18th floor. However, perhaps due to the scorching heat outside, the air conditioning in the room wasn't very effective. We requested a room change, and they handled it smoothly. The hotel also provided daily treats for the children, such as chicken nuggets, ice cream, and fruit platters.
One minor issue was that the mini-fridge in the room wasn't cold enough, so drinks placed inside barely got chilled. Additionally, the head of the bed was positioned too close to the bathroom. On our first day, we noticed a slight odor in the bathroom, which slightly detracted from the overall experience.
The hotel breakfast was quite varied and substantial; we particularly enjoyed the freshly prepared pork wontons.
The hotel is quite a distance from the subway station, about a 15-minute walk. Given that our three days in Hangzhou were extremely hot, walking to the subway wasn't very convenient.
Overall, the experience was decent.

The hotel is very near shimingzhongxin metro station, making travelling to other parts of Hangzhou very convinient. There are plenty of food outlets near the hotels.
