SSudangdangThe hotel's location is great, with a hair salon right across the street. There's plenty of parking, and the overall decor is very modern. The room is spacious, and the bathtub even came with a loofah and bath salts. The bed was also very comfortable. However, casting to the TV was a bit inconvenient, and the hot water in the room would suddenly get very hot then very cold, which affected the experience. The gym facilities are comprehensive, but the swimming pool is a bit small.

KKevins88The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, with not many restaurants or shops nearby, mostly residential areas. However, there's a small night market about a ten-minute walk away. Getting to Qingxiu Mountain and Sanjie Liangxiang takes at least 20-30 minutes.
The hotel facilities are very good, and parking is convenient. The staff are all young and have good attitudes, but it feels like their training isn't quite thorough, and they're not always meticulous in handling issues.
On the first night of my stay, I was startled awake by a minor incident in the middle of the night. After I reported it the next day, the duty manager immediately called to apologize, showing a high level of service awareness.
My Ctrip booking stated that cocktails were included, but the hotel didn't proactively offer vouchers or information. On the second night, I mentioned it to the front desk staff, who then told me where the bar was and even offered an extra drink because there were two of us. My Ctrip order stated one drink per night, and since I booked two nights, shouldn't I have received two drinks? The supervisor nearby noticed my displeasure and immediately apologized, saying they would give us a total of four drinks. She even personally escorted us to the bar, showing excellent service attitude, but their familiarity with procedures and execution was lacking.
Also, a tip for guests driving: be careful when returning to the hotel at night. The driveway isn't very well lit, and many local residents often walk or children ride bikes in the middle of it, which is quite dangerous. I suggest the hotel ask the property management to improve the lighting in the area.
The hotel's food could also be improved, apart from the fruit. However, considering the price, I would still rate this hotel above 90 out of 100 overall.

MM2hhkotpu****The environment is elegant and tranquil. This hotel is such great value for a business trip! The front desk attendant was super efficient during check-in. I forgot my ID and thought it would take ages, but she had me checked in in under a minute. She was also very helpful, explaining the hotel facilities and hours, which I really appreciated as it saved me a lot of time. The business center made printing documents very convenient. The room was clean, and there's a small garden right outside the window. I used the self-service laundry room at night, and the breakfast the next morning was delicious, washing away all my work fatigue.

đThe location is unique, adjacent to many famous attractions, and can be reached on foot, saving a lot of time for sightseeing. There are many bus and subway lines in the surrounding area, which makes it very convenient to go to distant places. There are also convenience stores and specialty restaurants downstairs, so you can replenish your energy at any time and experience the local atmosphere.
As soon as you enter the lobby, you can feel its high-end atmosphere, exquisite and stylish decoration, and spacious space. The front desk staff is very professional. They greeted me warmly when I checked in and carefully introduced the hotel facilities and surrounding travel tips. The whole process was quick and heartwarming, which made me relax immediately after the long journey.
đïžThe room is even more amazing. When you push the door open, a warm atmosphere hits you. The bed is big and soft. Lying on it feels like being wrapped in clouds and you have a good night's sleep. The house is fully equipped with all necessary facilities, and the smart control panel is super cool. You can easily adjust the light brightness and air-conditioning temperature with just a tap of your finger. The bathroom is sparkling clean, the shower head has a large water flow and a constant water temperature, and the toiletries are all high-quality, leaving your skin smooth after washing.
đ„The dining is excellent, with a breakfast buffet that's so rich that it's dizzying. From soft bread, fresh fruits to local snacks, you can be full with just a little bit of each. The restaurant has an elegant environment, the waiters serve dishes promptly, and you can dine in a pleasant and relaxing mood.
đâïžThe hotel's supporting facilities are also very complete. The gym equipment is brand new and diverse, and can meet both aerobic and anaerobic exercise needs. The water in the swimming pool is crystal clear, and you can swim a few laps without feeling tired.

1. This deserves a negative review. I didn't see any welcome fruit from the moment I checked into the room on the first day. It wasn't until noon on the second day that I proactively called the front desk to inquire. The front desk staff didn't even realize no fruit had been sent (though their attitude was very good and they patiently guided me over the phone to find the minibar's fridge).
2. Furthermore, when the welcome fruit was eventually delivered, no utensils were provided, so the mango was impossible to eat. I thanked the staff member who delivered the fruit, but he didn't respond and just closed the door and left. He seemed very cold, like a newbie. As for the fruit itself, the bananas, lychees, and apples were all very fresh, and the lychees were very sweet.
Late check-out until 2 PM (subject to room availability):
It seems this wasn't proactively mentioned during check-in this time. Previously, they would offer to arrange it during check-in. When checking out, there was no one at the central front desk, and queues formed on both sides. I stood near the front desk with my room card, but no one came forward to ask if I needed to check out or if I needed assistance.
Facilities:
1. The desk lamp with a rotary switch next to the writing desk was faulty, flickering like a candle. I was genuinely afraid the light bulb would explode. If someone had attended to me or asked about my stay during check-out, I might not have even bothered writing this review.
2. The elevator has noticeably slowed down, but it's acceptable.
Service:
1. A shout-out to the doorman who proactively helped open the car door; he was very polite.
2. Also, on the first night, while waiting for the elevator down on the 80th floor, I was proactively greeted with a 'good evening,' which was a nice touch.
Cleanliness: The hygiene was excellent; it was very clean and comfortable, and the cleaning was thorough.
I look forward to seeing improvements next time.

MM256756****The rooms are all very spacious, with an industrial and rustic wood design aesthetic. The room decor is exceptionally high-end, featuring Hansgrohe showerheads and Duravit toilets. We even got a free upgrade to a larger room.
The hotel restaurant is also beautifully designed, and the breakfast perfectly captures the ceremonial feel of a Western-style restaurant.
Special shoutout to the front desk staff, especially the young man who took many Christmas-themed photos for us with his own camera, free of charge. The service throughout was excellent. Thumbs up!đ

Today morning, I had difficulty accessing Scoot to checkin for my 2pm Nanning-Singapore departure flight. Michael went the extra mile to bring me to the adjacent building to a print company and make use of their computer to login to Scoot airline. Due to different web platform, I was still unable to complete my Scoot check-in. However, I appreciate the extra effort made by Michael. I have stayed in this hotel, in and out, for 6 days and it was worth my money spent. Nanking has many beautiful places of interests.

GGuest UserThe style of the lobby is full of uniqueness, and you can take photos of the atmosphere by just looking at the angle. It's very close to Nanning Night Night, so it's very convenient to go out and watch performances. It was very hot in Nanning those days. The hotel staff I checked into in the afternoon were very enthusiastic and took the initiative to help me with my luggage. They also put the electricity card in advance and turned on the air conditioner. It was very cool when I entered the room. Itâs good that the hotel has such a sense of service and considers its guests.
In addition, I am also very satisfied with the service at the front desk of this hotel. They are not serious like business hotels and are very easy-going. When talking to them, they are very peaceful and friendly.

Because we brought children, they gave us extra toiletries and disposable slippers, and also sent us breakfast. I would like to thank the beautiful lady at the front desk for helping us change rooms. The hotel is very close to Nanhu Park, just across the road. It is quite relaxing to take a walk in the evening.

GGuest UserThis hotel service is really super intimate! The room was cleaned spotlessly and the bedding was fragrant. The best thing is that downstairs is a night market street. If you are hungry at night, you can eat a variety of authentic snacks at any time. It is too convenient.
