"服務很不好，入住看到前台有牌子説有洗衣服務，晚上打電話要求洗衣服務，前台第一反應是説沒有洗衣服務，令人迷惑。雖然後來解釋了説洗衣是送出去的，晚上洗衣店已經關門了所以洗不了，就算明天送去洗也不保證一天內就能拿到。這個事一是反應沒有規範話術衹説沒有洗衣服務直到客人指出前台明明有牌子才知道要解釋。第二是酒店洗衣服務限制太多實際上短住享受不到洗衣服務。
還有非常無語的是，我們的房間不能反鎖且門上也沒有安全鏈條！不能反鎖感覺是鎖芯有問題卡住了，發現後我找了前台報修，因為有行程一天都在外面，晚上回來發現完全沒解決！徒步了一天太累了也折騰不起換房，但這個房費最基本的安全都沒有保障，安全鏈條才幾個錢都不裝，真的設施太差了！客户已經説了有問題也不解決，服務也令人非常不滿意！
還有，江景房的玻璃炫光嚴重，看着就暈，不推薦任何人加錢住江景房。"
