Upper Palatinate Hotels with Bars

The worker at the check in was very intrusive with his questions. Asking why are we checking in when we’re just living in Regensburg, as if we’re not allowed to stay at a hotel just because we live in Regensburg. Told us there was no parking available anywhere in their hotel so we had to find a parking on the streets which was very hard to find. Room was very clean though.

The hotel is located on the edge of the city, quietly located but a slightly downstairs area. There are many free parking facilities before the hotel, but mostly very full in the evening and you will only get a free place for luck. The breakfast is good and sufficient, but mostly no clean tables were available, so we had to contact the staff extra. In the nearby hotel (foot-by-foot 10 minutes), there is a few ways to go to dinner in the evening. In general, for a weekend, it is perfectly enough for the price-performance ratio.

Place is kind of isolated facing several construction environments. Uber is available but a little costly and long wait. Walkable to some areas with 15-20mins. No food or restaurant outside of breakfast Service can be a little friendlier though. Smiles are a rare commodity here, just an observation. Definitely not close to a standard Hilton level.

I stayed there for one night. The hotel is in a good location ,right next to the city. It's a clean hotel and the service (front desk) were very friendly. There is not enough parking place in fron of the hotel (10 Eur/night parking fee). But they also have a small underground parking place on the other side of the hotel (must drive around). The parking fee for the underground was 4 or 6 Euro ,if I remember correctly. The decoration is not the best and looks a bit old. But for a short staying good enough. If you need a teeth brush ,you must ask the fornt desk. I didn't had a breakfast ,so I don't know if it's good. In total it was alright.

The hotel is in a prime location with convenient transportation and there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. There are also direct buses to Valhalla Temple and the Old Bridge. The room is hygienic, neat and clean, and the breakfast quality is also good, but there are too many people and the seats are tight. The service is warm and friendly.

The hotel was amazing! The room is huge compared to other hotels where you would pay even more money. Located near everything. Staff super friendly. You can take a water bottle at the reception (made out of glass) and refill it with normal water or mineral water at the reception. Totally recommend it!

The hotel is quite new. It’s comfortable. It’s definitely value for money.

It offers the best value for money. The location is also great. In particular, the minibar is free. You can start your morning refreshingly with a cold glass of Apfelschorle.

We were very prematurely received and the service was excellent. Better really can't. If we come back to Regensburg, we will definitely come back. Otherwise note : there is a deep garage and other parking facilities, including loading stations for e-cars. A lift is available, seating options (particularly for smokers interesting) in the outer area, everything top clean and stylishly furnished. Everything was nice. Stuff was nice, breakfast was nice, the room was very comfortable.
