"It's worth going to this camping. The spacious facilities, good distribution, swimming pool, restaurant bar with breakfast and others, reception with help, and the best of the houses (I picked one of the couple) are super careful, in detail, and absolute cleaning. If you have thought to go to San Sebastián do not doubt it. Furthermore we went without car and the bus to the center to San Sebastián is the 16 that to just side and fast. So great!"

"The hotel room is very large, clean and well-organized, and you can even choose from a variety of pillows, which is very considerate! The staff speaks English very fluently and takes the initiative to introduce different attractions. They are very friendly and polite! The hotel is far away from the old town, but there is a bus station nearby. It takes about 15 minutes to get there by bus. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻Highly recommend this hotel! 😃"

"Well locate outside of city centre for night travel to cross the North of Spain. The place is clean and very well designed. It’s a pity that staff, although pleasant, are not adequately trained. They got into a massive fight with us about double beds. Although available, they refused to give us one."

"A very new & clean hotel.
Need to take a bus ride to old town via bus or cab.
Journey is abt 15-20mins.
Breakfast at the hotel was decent.
Bed was comfy but not the sofa bed, which can feel the metal frame when my kid sleep on it.
Relatively value for $ if don’t mind the bus journey. No amenities around the hotel.
Good for people who drives as there is free parking available."

It is connected to the city by a century-old funicular railway, one of the main tourist attractions in the area. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, open during the summer months, meeting rooms for business meetings or events, and the El Torreon restaurant where guests can discover Basque cuisine, which is one of the best in the world.
"I rarely write hotel reviews, but this time I really want to write about this seriously underrated hotel. The hotel is located on the top of the mountain on the side of Shell Bay, overlooking the entire Shell Bay. The scenery is invincible and the sunset is so beautiful. The hilltop pool is beautiful. There is a cable car up and down, 5 euros back and forth, directly to the beach, so convenient! There is also a small playground on the top of the mountain, which is slightly soiled, and the little one will like it. The hotel facilities are slightly old, and the sea view room is still invincible. Breakfast is not good, it is too simple. In short, this location is the only place to come to San Sai, and it is absolutely necessary to stay for one night!"

BbaraoGuild**”BAD: Beware of the 'Upgrade'”**
Our priority when booking was the room size and budget, so we reserved a 32m² City View room.
At check-in, the hotel staff offered us an ”upgrade.” He said that for an additional €25 per day, we could ”upgrade,” so we agreed.
However, while the room did have a Sea View, the size was downgraded to just 21m². I told them that paying €25 to have a smaller room was a downgrade, but they insisted that the view had been upgraded.
I asked to be moved back to the room we originally booked, but the staff ignored my request for an entire day.
Let me ask you this: if you went to see a new landscape, and the view changed, how would you describe it? You wouldn’t say the landscape itself was ”upgraded,” would you? You’d say the view was different or better.
The following day, I finally got a response from the staff. They told me I’d need to pay an additional €70 per day if I wanted a 32m² Sea View room.
While the hotel facilities and scenery are excellent, the staff are focused entirely on business and seem to aim to squeeze every extra euro from their guests.
In the end, we ended up paying the €25.

GGuest UserI stayed in a ”city view” room during my solo trip through the Basque region and it was such a comfortable room I forgot about not having sea view.
Though I do recommend to go to the cafe to have the beachside experience if you get the city view room because it overlooks a construction site on the back street.
The hotel was an easy 15min walk with my heavy suitcase from the intercity bus center, just beside the beach. The room was squeaky clean with a large bathtub, and the bed so comfortable I could not get up to go see the sunset! Also helpful kind staff and great location for getting around the city on foot or by bus. I went to the Chillida Leku museum it was 30min by bus no25.
Highly recommend!

We booked the included breakfast, which was very varied, including fruit, eggs, sausages, juices, pastries, etc. The hotel's location is good, but because it's close to the highway, you can hear some traffic at night, although it's not excessive. The hotel has a restaurant and cafe, which is very convenient if you arrive at night, where you can have dinner. The staff is also excellent. Excellent value for money.

GGuest UserIf you are looking for a place to sleep and an excellent location for a cheaper price than the surrounding hotels, this is a great option! However, I had not stayed in a pension before and I didn’t realize that we would be sharing a bathroom with 5-6 other people.
The workers were polite, professional and accommodating! They provided coffee, tea and water.

ととんころりんIt's a 15 minute walk from Kikutetsu station and bus terminal, and a 5 minute walk from the city center private railway station. There is a large supermarket nearby. There are many restaurants nearby, including one that serves Basque-style Japanese cuisine (the owner chef is Japanese).
The hotel is stylish and clean. The only drawback is that the elevator doesn't come easily. Internet speed is ok.
