"We had to wait 1 hour for check-in at reception. The counter agent asked us to come back every quarter of an hour because the room was not ready. When we finally got a room from another, much more professional agent, the room was made up quickly and what's more, smelled strongly of stale cigarettes (non-smoking hotel). We had to go back down to reception because no one answered the phone. To finally receive a room corresponding to our request, 1 hour and 30 minutes after our arrival."

The metro, just next to the hotel, gives you access to central Paris. Close to the A3 motorway and the ring road, the hotel is within comparable distance of both Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports.
"There is a city ordinance for this district that says any building over 3 stories high is required to seal all windows for the entire building for security reasons. The room was therefore very stuffy and frankly unhealthy. No fresh air!!!!! The clerk also said in the summer time they have no A C !!! She said the customers were outraged they were not notified in advance. I would not recommend any hotel in this district"
