Hounslow Hotels with Bars

This hotel is purely for its convenient location. Don't expect anything at all. The two of us had two large suitcases. Because the elevator was out of service, we had to use the escalator, but the hotel staff did not offer to help. They only assisted after we repeatedly asked them. Then at check-out, the elevator still wasn't fixed. In the end, a staff member just stood there and still didn't proactively help us carry our luggage up one floor. The room rate on Sunday night was around HKD $2,000, not including breakfast. At that price, it's absolutely not worth it. I think it's worth HKD $1,200 at most. I originally had high expectations for the Sofitel brand, but I don't think I will ever stay at this hotel or any of its sister properties again. Really disappointed

Conveniently located. There are hotel signs on the airport's departure level, but not on the arrival level, so you need to go up one floor. It's in the same building as Express, and the breakfast is probably more extensive. This time, at the Crowne Plaza breakfast, I had leafy greens. There were also three or four types of yogurt, including self-serve from a large bowl, and individual packaged ones too. The fruit selection was the most I've seen at a UK breakfast, and there was a wide variety of cheeses. I even tried blue cheese for the first time and realized it tastes a bit like fermented bean curd. There were also three or four kinds of cold cuts/ham. But what I value most is the vegetables 🥬. The menu shown is for dinner.

Very conveniently located a few minutes walk from Hatton Cross underground. Giving access to Heathrow terminals and central London. We dropped our car and left luggage at reception at 10am and took the train into London. The hotel had a lively bar area, snack bar and restaurant. Breakfast was excellent, huge choice and everything looked fresh. The whole experience exceeded expectations. Good value for money. Even parking was reasonable (£18 for 24 hours) will definitely stay again

Second time staying here. Stay was good, there was a nice window view, location is rlly close to the airport. Staff were quick to provide me with a new and working hairdryer after I made a call to the reception as the previous one wasn’t working. Will always come back to stay for the night before my flight.

The room itself was spotless and spacious, with a soft and comfortable bed and fresh, clean linens, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom was fully equipped with plenty of hot water and all the necessary toiletries, which was very reassuring. The hotel's breakfast offered a wide variety of options, both Chinese and Western, and everything was delicious, catering to different tastes. The overall environment was quiet and elegant, perfect for relaxation or business travel. What truly stood out to me was the professional and attentive service team. Whether it was bringing water, cleaning the room, or answering questions, I felt valued and cared for. I was extremely satisfied with this stay and will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to the city. I would also highly recommend it to friends and family.

The hotel is impeccable in terms of cleanliness and comfort. It has a pool, but you need to request a specific key at the front desk to access it. The service is good, but when communication is difficult, they don't make it easier to communicate more effectively. The hotel is located towards the airport. This is a shame because when I visited, I had bad luck with traffic, which wasted a lot of my time getting to the city center. I ended up ordering an Uber because I gave up on using public transport. The hotel is beautiful; the only downside is its location.

Stayed here several times before & would definitely be staying here again. Great location with easy access to all Heathrow terminals, nice modern hotel with comfortable rooms, nice bar which is open 24 hours with a good restaurant to complement. Staff are super helpful & friendly, breakfast offers a very good selection.

we took the city bus from Heathrow Terminal 2 to get to this hotel. i thought the room for three beds would be so so small, but it was fine. there was enough space by the entrance door for us to open 3 bug luggages. our rental car pick up was also nearby and its very easy to get bus around the hotel area.

Our room was amazing and we had everything we needed in terms of the kitchen utensils. Rooms were nice and clean. The only thing was they didn't have water filter in each floors only at the reception which was a bit inconvenient but other than that everything was great. Location was ok as we had to take bus to reach nearest tube station. The distance was not walkable to be honest specially with kids or elderly people. 5-6 bus stops to be precise. Overall I liked my stay here.

The hotel is lovely, clean and cosy. It came with free bottles of water. It’s quiet so you can enjoy your peaceful sleep. The front desk people were lovely and helpful right as I got to the front desk and assisted with the number of cab company as my flight was very early in the morning. I don’t know if they have bell boys though (I didn’t ask, so had to struggle with getting my luggage from my room to the reception during check out). I’ll definitely recommend this hotel.
