Absolutely astonishing location and perfect hygiene everywhere, attentive and professional staff, always willing to help and make your stay even more pleasant and memorable. The hotel cares a lot about the overall aesthetics, the smell, the little details, they pay special attention to the selection of furniture and decor.

First of all, the hotel's facilities, hygiene, meals and services are all the standards of a good hotel. The location is very good, in the core area of Nikolaos, a few minutes walk to the port and the local center. The hotel does not have a parking lot, but valet parking (free, tip free). Almost all water trips can start from the port next door, so it is really convenient to stay at this hotel. The scenery is super good. But Nikolaos is almost the easternmost part of Crete, about an hour's drive from the popular Iraqi Lion and about 4 hours' drive from Hania. If you are going to stay at this hotel from the west, public transportation is too time-consuming and taxis are too expensive. Driving is too hard.

New and beautiful property, just off the main road. Magnificient pool and small open-air gym. Walk to the beach - approx 10 min. Staff are very polite and happy to assist. Food could be improved to include more vegetarian and local options. Great value for money.

Шикарный номер с большой террасой с видом на море, шикарное постельное белье, кофемашина, приветственное вино в виде комплемента от отеля. Так как отель расположен террасами на горе, то нужно иметь ввиду, что в любом случае придется немного перемещаться по лестницам, хотя в отеле и есть лифты (три уровня), также по территории можно перемещаться на электрокаре, водитель которых довозит в любую точку. Завтрак - 5* и великолепное обслуживание. Отличный пляж с баром и водными развлечениями, можно взять лодку в аренду без капитана. Так как уже несезон - цена просто шикарная для отеля такого уровня. С радостью вернулась бы еще раз

Elounda Alikes is on the water in the beautiful and quaint town of Elounda. The rooms are above average size with a decent balcony for 2 people. The AC was great as well as the bed. The full bar and restaurant on the property are great and available most of the day and night with friendly and helpful staff. The pool and loungers are comfortable and enjoyable. There are a few restaurants in the same street. It is a 10 minute walk to The Square for more restaurants, bars, taxi stand, boat tours and supermarkets.

Beach is small but very good , nice soft sand , protected from wind , transparent water. Buffet. One for breakfast and dinner looks like cantina with too many package tourists not a pleasant spending time there And that’s a real pity that the hotel doesn’t have only breakfast. Rooms with a mountain view are not having view at all only to the plants in front of hotels , all mountains are closed by the bushes , if you book this category of rooms ask for the highest floor

Needed a hotel in Ierapetra to stay at whilst I dealt with a family bereavement here, so glad I chose this one, only minutes away from town centre and bus station and metres from the promenade and the many beachfront cafes. The staff are all very friendly and cannot do enough for you. The hotel is spotless throughout, the rooms are large and each has its own balcony. There is a wide selection of hot and cold breakfast items so there is something for everyone. Would highly recommend

Absolutely loved this resort. Comfortable rooms and beds. The meals were amazing. Lots of buffet options for breakfast and dinner. The area is lovely and the views from every area is stunning. Very helpful friendly staff. Will Definately stay again and highly recommend

The hotel is in a great location to the town and the staff were very friendly. I would not recommend the standard room as it was extremely small and felt claustrophobic, we did try to upgrade the day we got there but they were unfortunately fully booked, as a couple with two suitcases there was no room whatsoever and very limited hanging space so had to leave the suitcases open on the floor and climb over them to get around. The air con had mould growing out of it and left the room smelling awful. We were also only given two towels which are only changed once every three days, it would have been nice to get a hand towel so you aren't using the one towel for everything. This is also the case for pool towels they are only changed once every three days. I think the hotel would benefit from an overall refresh, painting etc and the pool to be cleaned more often, although the water was clear there was green mould build up around the sides as well as the white pool loungers. I would not say that our room was 4 stars but that may have been based on the bigger rooms that are available.
