"The hotel's location is within walking distance from the top entrance of the Baha'i Hanging Gardens, which is very convenient. The room is not big, but clean and comfortable. The staff's attitude is also very good. Breakfast costs 75 shekels per person. Although it doesn't have a lot of content, it tastes good. You can ask the service staff to make coffee alone. The overall feeling is good. The night view is also beautiful at night."

After the praise, I have not talked about the lack of it. The overall service has not kept up with its hardware facilities. We speak English and barely communicate with the front desk. We checked in earlier and the room was not ready, so we put the luggage at the front desk and went out. When I came back later to take the key and take the luggage, I actually gave us other people's luggage. We said that these were not ours. After we lived in the room, there was actually a waiter who took the two luggages that were not ours and sent them over 🤨 There are no paper towels in the room. We ordered takeaway and didn't have tableware. We wanted to borrow tableware from the hotel. We didn't send it for a long time. The service really needs to be improved. 🤨
