GGuest UserPoor noise isolation between the rooms. Neighbours room was blaring music and singing late into the night. First call to Reception resulted in no action being taken. Second call 15 min later made with an irate tone resulted in staff visiting and the noise being reduced. During check out, reception tried to get the Manager to come and apologize, but Manager asked instead how much the customer paid for the room and declined to come out, instead leaving reception to respond to complaints. Pathetic and unsympathetic behavior by the Manager.

äșșäșșçæŻäžćșé©ŹææŸThe front desk service and room service person are very kindly. The location is near the stadium and have a nice view of stadium. The only con is the room has another door near the wall of TV .This door is for big family members to easily access the next door's room avoid corridor . But it could hear the next door room child crying very clear from my room at night. My suggestion is not give such room type to families with kids if they cloud not take both 2 rooms.

JJefferyNgThis hotel is close to factory area but there are restaurants and convenience store at the downstairs. The Aircond in the room is not consistent and toilet cleaning can be improve especially the basin. Breakfast is good.

GGuest UserOur family stayed for three days, including our infant. The hotel was in a convenient location with plenty of options for dining outside. The hotelâs food was also good, though a bit pricey. The complimentary breakfast had a wide variety of options and was enjoyable.
The staff were friendly and courteous, making our stay pleasant. The rooms were clean and tidy, and both room service and housekeeping were prompt. However, on one occasion, we left our key card at the reception for housekeeping while we went out, but when we returned at 2 PM, the room had not been cleaned. After calling the reception, they promptly sent the housekeeping team to take care of it.
Overall, it was a great experience.

GGuest UserHotel located very close to our place of visit and commute was quick with easy availability of autos. Dx room was ok in all respects with all amenities available except slippers. Newspaper availability need to be ensured daily. Olivia restaurant breakfast spread was sufficient and food was good including live counter. Staff in all areas were helpful specially housekeeping and at reception. Hotel room, toilet, reception area and restaurant were clean. Overall, 3nights stay was good. Suggestion : it would be better if mattresses were harder for good body support.

GGuest UserIt is a very old property, lot of repair work is required in every area , starting from mattresses to floor âŠroom conditions are bad .
In cafeteria, there is hardly anyone to help , no one will come to your table , here I will say the quality of staff is a big concern Overall not a decent place to stay in current situation
