I had a lovely stay at Hotel Firenze. The interior is beautifully decorated, and the room was exceptionally clean. I especially appreciated the heated toilet—such a thoughtful touch! The bed was very comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was a highlight each morning—delicious and beautifully presented.
The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, which made arrival and departure easy, though it’s a bit of a walk to reach the historic city center. Being next to a main road, there was some street noise, but it wasn’t disruptive.
Overall, a charming and well-kept hotel that offers a pleasant and cozy stay."

Guest UserThe stay I had there was simply incredible, I was positively impressed and would come back a thousand times over, everything is very beautiful, organized and very well located, it is right in the city center which makes the stay more pleasant, everything you can do nearby, there is all the commerce and especially next to the arena, the most beautiful thing, the hotel itself is very well built and there was always someone there to help us, the room is the cutest thing and super tidy, the breakfast is very tasty and There are several options, I loved everything about the hotel, congratulations and the people who work there are extremely friendly!!! 💕

Luca9006The hotel has an excellent location with many restaurants nearby, including a Chinese restaurant not far away that serves authentic Sichuan-style chicken and delicious beef noodles. The hotel itself is classic and stylish, and the accommodations are very comfortable. Highly recommended.

NaoziliyipenjianghudemaoThis was the most satisfying hotel of our Italy trip, and the price definitely played a role, haha! Probably because it's in a small town, the value for money was incredible! The service was excellent. The front desk helped us book a restaurant, and then we had to cancel because my friend wasn't feeling well, which made us feel a bit bad. Anyway, a big thank you to this hotel. If I ever visit Verona again, I'd definitely choose this hotel! It even made Verona feel more beautiful!

C EmmaThe hotel location is excellent, especially for those who attend the Arena di Verona Opera festival, less than 5min walker to the Arena. I found it very convenient when it’s very late (after midnight) after the long opera. The single room is small but it provides all amenities, even has instant coffee and tea bags, to my delight surprise! The AC works well, essential for the hot weather this year! The breakfast is also very good, it has many choices. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful! Highly recommend the hotel!

Everything is great!
Location is good for those who drives, convenient parking, but far from city center (not walking distance).
Large room, clean, good amenities, good reception staff, good breakfast.
I love most about the bed and pillows. I read some bad reviews but I think the bed and pillows are not too soft which is good for back and neck. I had best sleep here during all my stay in Italy.

JK_190629Room is clear and comfortable, thanks to nice location, can take bus to downtown easily.
However, worker at the front desk is unkind at all. I don’t know where she is from, but she acts like rasist. Because English is my second language, I’m not able to listen what she said at once. So I asked her to say her word again, and she raised her tone as she wanted to express her annoyance. I felt disrespectful from her attitude, and if I need to visit Verona again, I’ll find other accommodation even though all good points I mentioned at first.
I hope the manager recognize the situation and do sth.

A beautiful and unique hotel with great charm. Family run and welcoming. An opportunity to stay in an elegant, authentic and traditional hotel.
The Secret Garden breakfast setting was lovely and breakfast was very pleasant.
There is a nice little lounge area where you can make yourself a hot drink and find a book or magazine to read.
The rooms are nicely decorated and furnished with modern ensuites. Air conditioning being a welcome feature in hot weather.
The owners are obliging and helpful.
A more authentic stay than modern or chain hotels.

Guest UserRoom is big with fancy decorations but some places still have many dust. Got small fridge , only 1 lift is working when we reached. 1.5km away from train station which is not really convenient by walking because the roas not really smooth, hurts your luggage

Clean room and helpful staff. The location isn’t close to the city center, and although there’s a shuttle service, it’s not the most convenient if you plan to visit the city often, but that’s understandable. Other than that, it’s a good hotel with everything you need. When I checked out, they mistakenly added a minibar charge I hadn’t used, but it was quickly resolved.
