Elena VoloshinaIt was my friend's birthday, and I asked for a complimentary cake from the hotel. They initially said the kitchen was closed and couldn't arrange it, but then, at the end of our dinner, they surprised her with a congratulatory gesture! I was so happy! The staff is very attentive and friendly. In the morning, we went to Petra; it was literally only 200-300 meters from the hotel entrance. We left our belongings in the hotel's storage locker and our car in their parking lot. I'm very satisfied with my visit to this hotel. If I ever return to Petra, I'll only stay at this hotel. The photo is from breakfast; we were so delighted when they brought it out, it was so sweet!

The hotel was a 5 min drive from petra away from the hustle. The staff were so friendly and helpful especially Khalid the restaraunt manager he went out of his way to ensure we got what we needed.
The views from the hotel were amazing

Rooms seemed freshly renovated. All was clean. Only the bed could have been more comfortable and comfortable. Breakfast was also OK for the 3 screens.
