GGuest UserExcellent hotel, clean, decorated with very good taste beautiful the service from the waiters is very slow too slow it seems that everyone enters a computer and takes too long I ordered a few beers and it took 15 minutes to bring it to me and there was no one but us In the dining room the waiter forgot twice that we had asked for beer when we went out to the balcony in our room we did not notice pigeon droppings on the balcony floor and we dirty our room so they should do something with the pigeons also in the access to the beach you can not ask if we could pass in some way and they told us that on the side of the hotel but all the security said that there was no access finally a person let us pass very kind by the way the other day in the morning I went down to ask for a coffee and there was no change with the 200 peso bill that I gave them and it took them 10 minutes to give me a coffee and 10 minutes to get a change of the ticket. rto they could never change and I had to pay with a card the hotel in general is beautiful but the service in our experience was very bad but I do recommend it The hotel itself is very nice but does not have access to the beach
