Mazatlan Hotels with Bars

Excellent customer service. They provide us with useful information that we didn’t know we needed. Everyone was extremely kind and good at their job.

At our check-in took 45minutes, A/C in room was extremely noisy, broken sink, no acces to WiFi, (WiFi is offered by hotel), We was 3 persons, towels enough for 2p every day, we need to request extra shampoo and towels every day, only 1 key card for the room(no second key available), slow elevator. Bathroom no handicap accessible, minimum control on noise in the hallway. These was not a good experience, pay for 4 people, we only arrived 3p. Hotel refuse to provide credit back

Although the facilities are a bit old, it is understandable considering its history of more than 80 years. Almost perfect location: walking distance from the main attractions in the old town, with unparalleled sea views. The staff is very friendly. The location is in front the Mazatlan Malecon, near to the beach, crossing the street, the pool has a good shape and clean, the breakfast is simple but delicious and the room has the enough to rest.

The hotel staff were very empathetic, very good receptionists. The guards are very friendly. The pool and jacuzzi are very comfortable and have warm water. If you can go to the beach. I didn't get to try the hotel food.
