Groningen Hotels with Bars

Clean and modern bathroom. Free parking. Room is on the small side. Not enough storage space for 2 persons. No mini fridge. Hot water kettle available in the room.

What a wonderful hotel! The room was lovely and incredibly spacious, and my teenage son even dubbed the shower a 'dream shower'. And the staff were incredibly friendly. It was such a breath of fresh air to see people genuinely enjoying their work and serving with such enthusiasm! My son and I have a tradition of ending our evenings with 'dessert in bed'. Unfortunately, the kitchen was already closed, but the chef still went out of their way to prepare a plate full of delicious treats for us – how incredibly kind is that?! Parking is conveniently located at Q-Park, just a 3-minute walk away, and it's also a stone's throw from the delightful Groningen city center. We had left the window vents open at night, preferring fresh air over air conditioning, but quickly realized that meant being woken up by students (we assume) having lively chats on the street below. This isn't the hotel's fault at all, so my tip is... keep the window vents closed or use earplugs. Breakfast in the garden was an absolute delight!! All in all, it's definitely worth another visit.

Very friendly, beautiful building in good location.

Very good located hotel. Good for a short weekend trip or a city trip to Groningen. They have a parking area underneath the hotel which costs extra but generally much less than parking on the streets. The rooms are spacious and have everything thing you need. Would be nice to have a fridge though but all in all everything you need for a city hotel. The service is very friendly they have good recommendations for the city and also plan activities or restaurant reservations if you would like to. All in all 100% recommend for staying in Groningen!

The hotel is very clean with a great location in the centre of the city. The room is spacious and even though there are three beds in the room there is space to move and place suitcases. The room is quiet with ac. Breakfast is 18 euro per person so we decided to walk to Starbucks instead.

Good location, there is a supermarket nearby. Groningen itself is not big, so it is not too far from the city. The interior is clean and the service attitude is good. Book a double room, there is actually a small bed.
