GGuest UserDecent hotel. Quite new. Fresh facilities. Good service. Has spa, gym, swimming pools. Beach is nice. Restaurant and a bar are fine. No rooftop bar/restaurant. No rooftop swimming pool. Rooms are spacious. Very basic light switches though, which are complicated to use. Renovation is generally ОК (could be better quality). Location is not very close to the city center. Staff is very polite, friendly, considerate.

GGuest UserThe hotel itself is great, and our family room was spacious and comfortable. The dining experience was excellent, with a well-balanced buffet breakfast and quick poolside service via a convenient QR code system.
However, the check-in process was a bit drawn-out. After I thought I had completed everything, I was called by phone back to pay a deposit. They mentioned they would contact me when the room was ready, but I never received a call. I ended up going back later on my own, and while the staff did apologize, it was still an inconvenience.
My only other gripe is the lack of valet parking, which I would expect at a hotel of this standard. Instead, guests have to walk roughly 250 meters each way to the car park, which can be uncomfortable in the heat.
Overall, a great stay with a few minor hiccups

Its attractiveness is based exclusively on the foyer, the shared spaces at the lobby level (including the artificially created beach) and great service. Spectacular view from the large and airy foyer with plenty of spots to sit down and enjoy a cocktail with view. Huge/ opulent exercise area located in an adjacent condo building.
The food available is excellent, but the choice too limited for a “luxury hotel” and totally overpriced. Hard to understand as there are nice eateries within walking distance. I guess they just don’t have the view…
Rooms ARE functional, but dated and 3 star level at best. While colors are fresh and cool, the furniture is old and has recently been hand painted in white (!) so, surfaces are even still a bit sticky…!
Bottom line: great for a short visit or just a cocktail enjoying the view.

GGuest UserI stayed here because it is across the street from the airport. Waterfront overall condition is acceptable. It needs a renovation as carpets and everything else is showing its age. I decided not to eat at the buffet because it was $25 plus USD. Instead I walked across the street and bought dinner. I didn't use the pool facilities. Outside the building is showing its age. I spent a few minutes in the casino, but it was really warm, more like hot, inside. Overall, Waterfront is nice if you're staying for a day or two and need to stay near the airport. There are nicer properties nearby for better prices, updated renovations, and more amenities.

AAnonymous UserI brought my whole family to Be Resort for an overnight weekend get-away. We requested that the rooms be booked close to each other. They were so quick to accommodate and even gave us two rooms that are connected to each other. The rooms were clean, and the double beds were so comfortable. There’s hot and cold shower. There are a couple of machines in the gym that you can use if you need to exercise. You can enjoy a dip in the pool or at the beach. The breakfast buffet has good choices and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed ourselves during our stay, and will definitely be coming back.

GGuest UserIt is a new open hotel, so there is no information and I leave a review. Once the rooms and bathrooms are very clean and the staff are very friendly. But the location is 2-4 of the usual rate even if you call a taxi If you don't pay the ship, the call taxi will not come to the hotel. The situation is similar even if the grab is not often done to Cebu City, it would not be a big problem

AAnonymous UserFirst of all i would like to say thank you to all the staff especially to Francis the manager at the Bar and the receptionist girl name Ruth she is very pleasant i really appreciate the helpfulness, and also the treatment they gave us it was a delightful experienced i worked in a service industry too and this is really important to have those excellent service in order to sustain the business, whoever is the owner of this hotel please do appreciate the hard-work of Francis the manager at the bar and Ruth im really glad of what he did for us during our stay, the staff are well trained, and overall the room is huge, and clean the amenities are great:)

JJessielaI highly recommend this place.. Ang mga staff very accommodating and mababait.. malinis and peaceful and pag stay namin just for 1 night.. And meron sila shuttle pick up from the airport 500 and drop off din for 500.. kung sa grab 570 plus nabayaran ko.. late ko na kasi nalaman na may shuttle pala sila hehe..

GGuest UserThe air conditioner was not working well they should improve the basic room amenities for instance I will need to ask for soap at the reception and they don't provide toothbrush.
The TV was not working as well.
Apart from this everything went well.
