It can be seen that the staff is still relatively unexperienced, but he is very hard to do and approach the guests with great kindness. Unfortunately, there are also issues that should definitely not have occurred in this class hotel. Cleanliness requires improvement – in my room the bed was stained, which is especially disappointing in the 4-gwiazdkowym hotel. Fortunately, during my stay, the nights were cool, so it was not that burdensome, but in a warmer period such a problem could significantly reduce the comfort of your stay. Breakfasts are generally good – products are good quality and the choice is satisfactory. However, there is one thing I really find it difficult to accept in the hotel 4-gwiazdkowym: unfresh bakery. Is it really so difficult to provide guests with fresh, crunchy broths or bagettes every morning? It's a small cost, and a huge difference in getting the whole breakfast. In summary: the hotel has great potential – location, decoration and the involved service definitely work for its benefit. However, with the standard of 4 stars, I would expect more attention to cleanliness, efficient air conditioning and, above all, fresh bread, and I hope that these shortcomings will be corrected, because this would make a really very successful stay.

The room is very good, the hotel staff are very reliable, the service is very intimate, it is a very good communication, it is a rare experience here.

Great apart style hotel very modern clean, service was exceptionally helpful. A real gem on the map of Torun where clean modern and relatively affordable stays are few and far between.

I recommend the hotel for families,young people who like the climate of the old city.Everywhere close and lots of attractions close to the hotel.Food delicious, variety and dessert.In the hotel clean and cozy.Only few parking spaces.

Highly recommend Mercure Torrent Center! Breakfast gave me a big surprise, from traditional European cuisine to local specialties, everything, fresh ingredients, exquisite cooking skills, every mouthful is enjoyed. Although the room is some years old, it is warmly furnished and has a unique charm. The key is that the hotel is uniquely located and the surrounding transportation is convenient. It is easy to get it whether it is to go to popular attractions or find local food. The staff is warm, caring and thoughtful. Overall, this hotel is very cost-effective, it is an ideal choice for tourism or business travel in Torren, and I will definitely stay here next time!

The location of the Hotel next to the River and City Gate entrance (Historic) and short walk to City Square were perfect of us. The Hotel is old fashioned - but this was not an issue, the Shower water is nice and hot. The staff were efficient and friendly. The iron framed simple beds were quite basic / old fashioned, but we slept well. The Kettle and tea/coffee was extra to pay. Charming and a Gem of a Hotel. Breakfast was the best ever - all natural and well cooked. Thank you.
