Great
GGuest UserThe room was very nice had everything. With the exception of a top lock it was broken.they said they would send someone to fix it. I feel it should have been good to go when i walk in. We needed some ice they brought it right away. You can text them 24/7 they will always respond. Alicia and Jessica help out the most with check in and text me with all the info I needed. Also it was my birthday and the upgraded me for free.
CCourtneyThe room itself was very modern, neat and tidy. They provided bottled water for the coffee machine but not enough creamer/coffee pods to last me through the morning. Food is good but very, very expensive. Service at the bars/restaurants is slow, and again, very expensive. The odds at the ****** suck. As in, don't plan on being able to play slots for long,bc payouts/bonuses are lowsy. I encountered 3 other couples/people riding the elevator at the same time as me (Fri and Sat), and both sports bars were low energy for a weekend. Which made me think this hotel isn't doing well.
GGuest UserThis is a beautiful resort located in the middle of the canyon. It's a little bit far from the town, however, you get really connected with nature. I had a room facing the canyon, it's beautiful like you are living solo with nature. The sunlight is great, the rooms are clean and cozy. It does need some maintenance as it gets old over time, however, they are very comfortable to stay in. The best thing I love is the energy in the house and around. Stuff are super nice there and easy to work with.
GGuest UserLocation is excellent. Tlaquepaque Arts and Crafts Village is just next door. Have many good restaurants nearby. Airport Mesa is just 10 mins drive. Though the room deco was a bit ordinary but it's clean and spacious. The staff were very helpful. With that price, I think it's a good deal.
GGuest UserVery close to Grand Canyon National Park, located in a small town, so transportation is super convenient. However, the facilities and hardware are quite basic, but that's typical for the US. Overall, it was clean and tidy, and the room was a good size.
KKaterina_7_88Good location. Clean room and white towels. Breakfast is good, have a terrace for breakfast. Nice front desk. Swimming pool works until 10 pm
邹邹It's more convenient to stay here to play with snow in Friegerstaf. The hotel does not provide breakfast, free parking, tourist towns, and the price difference between the peak and low seasons is quite large. The peak season is more than double.
GGuest UserEnjoyed our Thanksgiving time in Sedona and the stay at the Residence Inn was very comfortable. They welcome pets which was very important. The breakfast had limited choices, but delicious.
Ccaffe_scReally great location for Lake Powell. Pools are nice - there are two - with one hot tub that’s not functioning very well. 10/10 for the Lake Powell view from the common area.
It’s however a bit rundown… rooms are clean, but they are very dated and need proper maintenance.
Being in the middle of the desert area also means wildlife in the room - I was faced with a highly venomous bark scorpion in the room. Asked the receptionist, yet it turned out no one could help… If you aren’t brave enough, maybe best to avoid.
The room had a marina view. But that wasn’t what I hoped for - I was looking for a room with a lake view. Maybe better listing is needed.
GGuest UserThe hotel was nice needed some updating. The checking people very nice n subjected places to get n get cheap gas. The breakfast was good for traveling. I would stay there again.
