Middlesex County Hotels with Bars

Second time staying here, quite like the vibe of the hotel. By the river side of Boston river, quite quiet during the day, but also a popular gathering place at night and on weekends. So you get both the quietness and the crowd. The room is decent sizes, nothing to complain about. And the services are also reasonable. Surely would be my choice if I come back to Boston again. Oh forgot to mention, get a river view room, it's surely worth the price difference.

Pros: good location close to the MBTA station, free coffee/tea/water, stable Wi-Fi, clean rooms. Cons: very small and narrow rooms considering the common US hotel standards, no buffet breakfast provided, no gym at the premises (it is located in another hotel nearby though).

The decoration of this hotel is very colorful. To be honest, it feels a bit like a motel. But the room is average and the accommodation feels pretty good. But the bad experience was that when we opened the door to the room we were given, there was someone inside! When I went back to the counter to tell her, I didn't even say sorry. I told her that I had ordered it two months ago, and she replied that many people had already ordered it! Very dumbfounded! Fortunately, the solution was quite positive. They helped us change to an executive suite and added an extra bed in the living room.

Hotel is conveniently located 5 mins walk from Kendall/MIT MBTA red line station. Note that there is a similar-sounding hotel ”Boston Marriot Cambridge” just above the MBTA station. Daily breakfast is good with breads, cinnamon rolls, sausages, bacon/ham, cereals, yoghurt and fruits. Room is clean, comfortable with a functional kitchenette, microwave and dishwasher.There was only a saucepan so we requested for pot and sponge to do some light cooking and cleaning. Washing machine and dryer is shared on 2nd floor - pay by credit card. Filtered water is available in the gym. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was very clean, and it's about a 10-minute walk to the nearest subway station. The overall environment of the hotel is excellent, and there's a bar on the first floor. The staff were friendly and helpful, allowing us to store our luggage. Plus, there's parking available outside the hotel.

The room amenities are quite new, and the room itself has that standard Marriott style. The breakfast spread was also quite plentiful. The hotel grounds are expansive, and the landscaping is well-maintained. There are both indoor and outdoor pools, but they are rather small and seem more suited for children. I didn't really experience much in terms of service; I found the service level in the US to be somewhat lacking compared to what I'm accustomed to.

The hotel is far away from downtown Boston and is suitable for those with cars. However, the room is large and the facilities are complete. The quality of the bedding is also very good. The surrounding area is relatively safe at night. There is free parking and the price/performance ratio is very good!

Good location, go to the city center high-speed, very convenient, the surrounding supermarkets are convenient to eat, parking is free, many parking spaces. Breakfast is OK, breakfast is delivered at check-in, coffee is available 24 hours a day.

Very clean and nice place to stay one night ot more. Nice people and accommodation.

Although the room seemed a bit outdated, it was VERY clean. The additional amenities such as coffee and tv access were a plus. My favorite was the sleep well lavender oil, which also came in handy after the trip was over and I was back home. My only big complaint is the parking. You have to use the parking garage which is on the same property and somewhat close, but when it’s less than 20 degrees outside and you have children and luggage to carry it becomes troublesome. Id suggest some kind of heating hallway or tunnel to connect the two.
