GGuest UserThe room was elegant, tastefully decorated, spacious, and well-equipped. The cleanliness was excellent, and the hardware exceeded expectations. However, one lady at the front desk had a very poor attitude; she seemed to look down on people, almost to the point of discrimination.

清清水湾The hotel's location is very convenient, close to both MIT and Harvard. The breakfast is plentiful. The rooms are large; the sofa beds can comfortably accommodate four people, making it suitable for family trips. There's been some construction noise outside recently, but overall, it was a very good experience.

乐乐More than 40 minutes away from Boston by car, but there are supermarkets for eating near the hotel. The large conference center is actually quite convenient. In the United States, the hotel facilities are relatively new, the room design is good, and the stay is satisfactory!

GGuest UserThe room amenities are quite new, and the room itself has that standard Marriott style. The breakfast spread was also quite plentiful. The hotel grounds are expansive, and the landscaping is well-maintained. There are both indoor and outdoor pools, but they are rather small and seem more suited for children. I didn't really experience much in terms of service; I found the service level in the US to be somewhat lacking compared to what I'm accustomed to.

Cons: very small and narrow rooms considering the common US hotel standards, no buffet breakfast provided, no gym at the premises (it is located in another hotel nearby though).

GGuest UserThe decoration of this hotel is very colorful. To be honest, it feels a bit like a motel. But the room is average and the accommodation feels pretty good. But the bad experience was that when we opened the door to the room we were given, there was someone inside! When I went back to the counter to tell her, I didn't even say sorry. I told her that I had ordered it two months ago, and she replied that many people had already ordered it! Very dumbfounded! Fortunately, the solution was quite positive. They helped us change to an executive suite and added an extra bed in the living room.

ZZhuanjiaboboGood location, go to the city center high-speed, very convenient, the surrounding supermarkets are convenient to eat, parking is free, many parking spaces. Breakfast is OK, breakfast is delivered at check-in, coffee is available 24 hours a day.

The quality of the bedding is also very good. The surrounding area is relatively safe at night. There is free parking and the price/performance ratio is very good!

GGuest UserMy fiancé, pup, and I had an amazing time at the Westin. We were greeted and taken care of very seamlessly. Their accommodation to allowing dogs made our stay so much less stressful. The hotel was very quiet, rooms are a great size. We were able to fit a large crate in the room with no issues. We will stay here again next time we need a hotel in the area!
